Sandstorm have been on a share" buy back" program (Oooh I wonder what they were thinking of) and so the amount of new shares they probably have to issue (not sure of quantity they recovered ) will be reduced .Therefore reducing the short term affect on their share price,that together with news will be of benefit to all.

to sell @90p or risk it getting to an equiv £1.20 eventual t/o price is a difference of 33%.Could be a lot more if someone else wants in.Or I could be completely wrong,"YOU PAYS YOUR MONEY AND YOU TAKES YOUR CHOICE" Given the amount of alleged confident institutional holders in Sandstorm,it would seem unlikely they would not start to "mop up" Mariana shares at anything below £1 for a minimum 10% gain and if news then affects Sandstorm then more than that.GLA

IMO the Sandstorm sp will be lifted by imminent news,which we all know is on the way.If the news hits of either HM or Erg before the proposed t/o then it make a difference to the overall t/o price.Sandstorm/Marl know the Sand price will drop initially and then gain on news.there are twists and turns yet IMHO

A very strange feeling, making money and moaning about it .But I had so much more hope for Marl. Going for a pint to spend some of it, Potential retirement but no yacht called Marl,and Sanstorm doesn't suit a boat. GLA

IMO will only see this as a momentary blip.When all the missing drills and permits and future updated estimates arrive it will be like the 6th cavalry coming over the hill and rescuing John Wayne.If we hold Sandstorm I believe it will significantly gain on Marl asset news (not as much as marl would have on their own) ,but at the moment we are left looking at the Cowboys who have panicked after being surrounded.

looks like a complete manipulation with Sandstorm probably selling to Alacer (lidya's favoured mining partner) for at least as much as they paid for it and getting free extra smelting rights for their troubles.

Issue is Road End ,is that the benefit to Marl shareholders is massively diluted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

at all with the offer,it will be interested to see the Sprott reaction.And if the institutions do not see the value of Sandstrom now with an asset potential in turkey worth more than their Mcap i will be amazed.as I said NOT HAPPY

@ Mister P--I just said we have politically derisked.The rest of my point said that we have massively diluted Marl future benefits to ourselves.As for dividends from sandstorm --I can't see any payed or due soon.

Mister P--I don't think I am alone in saying once the resource had doubled we would have had little problem financing HM drilling,Even though a small hit to the SP would be needed.If we do go down the Sandstorm route then all we have effectively done is politically derisked.I would have preferred the gamble and then we could have bargained with Ergama. Sandstorm,given the chance,will possibly do the same.

and then the 2 Ergama drills are released in tandem with the new mine permits then a link in some way to either Lidya and or Alacer.These two projects alone could at least double their share price within 12 months.

stands @£626m so taking on assets of Marl with HM profit forecast (PEA @ pres of) £336 and easily going to double that is definitely going to shift the Sandstorm price,and or create a bidding war.
