As it happens,I do believe that the company uses information drills/warrants et all.to their own needs/wishes,Who wouldn't .Given the last drills were released when they were (by their own admission) already in talks with Sandstorm,I believe the question is "ARE DRILL RESULTS OF HM AND ASSAYS FROM ERGAMA GOING TO BE PRODUCED BEFORE THE VOTE "not difficult or unreasonable to be asked or answered .

FWIW spud,I don't think they have a hope in hell of getting 75% yes,and they are now making the case to improve their offer after the NO.The arbs are finding it supremely difficult now to pick up shares.The two trades from the 5th reported as sells were buys.between the board/arbs and sandstorm I estimate they have no more than 25%max. They know this hence the wording in the RNS

Mr Leapfroggy, your assumption is that we NEED to sell Marl now,and there may be only one bidder.There may well be only one bidder,because we have not yet "proved" the resource..We are (in my opinion selling at this ridiculously early stage because it is more profitable for the directors. In order to attract interest we need to develop further and not cowtail to being the growth factor of a larger company dramatically reducing our return.I also don't think anyone here is claiming they know the value of the company,but what we all know is the value of it's assets and it ain't £1

with HM update £2 for HM min £2.50 plus for Marl.IMO.There is no mad rush,I would be quite happy to raise funds after HM updates to finance further drills @ HM ERG and Ivory and Arg---Why bloody give it away ??????? "ONCE IN A LIFETIME,BONANZA" Etc.Etc.Etc.

Thats why I have contacted the Guernsey court to find out who I need to talk to if I get no reply from the director we employ.

I do not believe they are wanting to bring out the information before a merger (if it happens) as I firmly believe the strategy is to bring them out after in order to drive up the Sandstorm price.If it was good news before the vote ,it would prove even more what a lousy price they are offering.To that end I have contacted Marl/Glen and should no information be forthcoming I will contact the Guernsey court to try and assure "full disclosure"

Do they do any good ,as all I can see they do is bet on negatives or the difference between a and b.Do they ever contribute towards the building of a company or are they just parasitic ?

If as some on here are suggesting it is "locked in" then no wonder the sandstorm PIs are not happy. The Arbs are gaining by getting out of S and into M before the "cut off" date.So negating the loss of a dropping share (and in part causing it) and getting into a possible guaranteed "locked in"rate @marl.I think maybe we are still waiting for a difinitive "locked in date" and "cut off date" which may correspond. Either way,whichever is right it's TOO BLOODY CHEAP and I have asked for a date re Drill results.

Glen's feelings towards PIs are pretty obvious and self evident ,but I wonder if it has struck him yet that if Sandstorm were not so heavily held by his beloved institutions then there would have been a smaller drop in the Sandstorm sp as pi's wouldn't normally have the means for playing silly arbitrage games.I bet the Sandstorm CEO wouldn't mind a few more PIs at the moment

one of the reasons for staying ,is to have the right to vote NO.which at the moment looks a reasonable chance. It.probably depends on it's guarantee on how the Sprotties vote.But even with only half of them as a No,There is a good chance it won't get through.

I am in the same scenario as Lionel and Dolerite and the reason for me not selling is there is a long way to go yet .I am hopeful the Offer is refused and we go on to" prove up" the resources.I don't think this is playing out how Parsonstorm expected.

if they vote against the merger and (if) it forces Sand to increase their offer (because the Sand SP has dropped) then their spread will be even greater.If a rival bid occours they also win.
