Well, it would be 10,272,218 ish shares post (100/1) consolidation.

However I agree not something that would have a long term impact on the share price IMO. Assuming as intended they don't go into the CLN 'credit card' they have as contingency.

It's simply a case of holding and waiting for them to execute. If they can open out the 6/7 stopes by end of this year and progress the plan of works to sort historic issues with mine, and increase production at their desired tpd then this stay at this share price.

It won't be for everyone but I defo see great growth potential here. Check back in a year or two and should be much different

Agreed, unlikely to happen IMO.

There are different segments of NASDAQ with varying qualifying criteria that BIDS would struggle to meet at this moment. Like a minimum price criteria. It's not insurmountable, for example a consolidation etc etc.
That said it's also not cheap, takes time and there would be several qualifying hurdles such as above.

Most likely they would have to list on one of the OTC market segments to start and move from there.

Maybe in the future.

Have you seen any of the Ben T interviews? And the personal investment experiences and principles/dislikes Ben T has about the way the market normally behaves?
I have, and I don't believe his or others [participation in the placement is greed. I believe its them showing the market they have belief in the hypothesis, a further vested interest and a willingness to participate with their own money. Alongside us.

Ben always says its not without risk, its a gamble, even though he is convinced the geology and exploration is backing it up, until the drill he isn't pumping. Simply sharing the story and making sure everyone knows its still risky until the 'truth machine' drill starts to turn.

Besides, the placing was only circa 5% discounted to current market price and warrants are at a good 40-50% premium to it. If he wanted to take the p!ss he could have.

Just my opinion though.

At least half of the 360 days was due diligence. Then of the other half we had an offer that was countered. Sadly the bigger the company the slower things generally move. Not necessarily indicative of the nature of the deal but the slow pace these things work at generally.

A regular dividend would be great, but dividends especially regular ones are a long way off IMO.

At this stage, without anything cash generative, we should be looking at appreciating on our investment through capital growth from using cash to progress the assets through the development stages to commissioning and production. Or a full out sale. With as little company level dilution as possible.

IMO the investment case into ARCM isn't capital growth through income (dividends) investment case, certainly not atm.

I'm not so sure Major Tom. As much as I'd like to be and would be happy to be wrong. I get the feeling your expectation of the deal is a bit lofty, and a sale.
Like I say happy to be wrong and get a fat dividend lol
Not long now anyway, possible time needed to finalise with with or without the comfort of an EA (hopefully without unless very short timescale), or maybe get it over line before but perhaps more of a comprehensive earn in JV than asset sale.

- Kavango is considering a number of options, including (but not limited to) the possible acquisition of two drill rigs and support vehicles to act as a dedicated team across the Company's portfolio of projects

- Any strategic partnership will be subject to due diligence and will likely be structured to involve payments in cash and shares

- Further announcement to be made in due course.

Well good to hear the expansion and reiteration of the further identified KSZ target.

Also the placing itself is pretty good price at only around 7% discount from the quoted 5.9p offer.
One for one warrants are at a much higher price and wil generate further cash if exercised, albeit part of me would have preferred no warrants.
Broadly though the raise is for the right reasons, at an exciting time and a very good price compared to the normal 20% discount (or so).

Can you provide your breakdown as to the Ming costs being 100 million? I'm assuming sterling £?

Late drinking was due to covid in Zam and the drill team coming from SA had to quarantine.
I confirmed this a while back but lots of posts since.
I also agree that expectations on getting results were managed by NvS on the investor call. Defo won't be this week.
While I anticipate drill may now be turning. As these are deeper and with procedural delays and backlogs die to covid I certainly wouldn't expect anything in terms of results for some time. Defo not before the EA IMO.

Expecting other info though, albeit the main event being where the commercial discussions are.

Yes looks like hard ball earned an extra £800 million so a good 15% or so.

That's at around 10p, not ATM lol. I want miles away before recent dip.
ATB - no guarantees either, but done my research. I'm not really a diversification sort.
Personally I view diversifying as a capital growth diluter. That said important to do research, and manage risk. Not eggs all in one basket ....ad nauseum

You should be happy with £30k. Like I say all mine if from my pension pot which I invested up over the past 5 to 6 years.
My ISA positions had to be wound down.

Anyway, hopefully sentiment and need picks up next few weeks and go from there.
