Lol. How long will the drill take assuming it's not turning yet if now news it's started?
Also, xrf may not be released I believe BT said. He doesn't want to excite the market until anything is validated so I think he will only share visuals and readings on a validated tbh, unless it's nailed on confident in what's been seen etc.
I think will take a little longer, not expecting next week.
How long to drill then, assays...could take a while but happy to wait patiently and see what snippets we get.

Yeah assuming we hit massive sulphides within the target areas of this deep drill programme. If we do asset or assets will be bought and at a premium to any discussions ATM. The flip side is if we don't it'll help the other party negotiating.
Hopefully the exploration to date, the expertise of the geologists at ARCM and AA input / data will have helped ensure we are targeting the right zones though.

Agreed Major Tom. Other than the EA ending, which was constraining to ARCM, nothing has changed for the negative imo.
The share price has dropped on an expectation a deal would have been done already.
AA may walk away but they are still in discussion and clearly they are interested, as are others.
In my mind, the situation has warmed up for ARCM to strike a deal, subject to drills and broader new competitive discussions with majors.
I'm not expecting the deal of a century. I am expecting a deal with a major though.
I'm aware of the various risks here. The technical risks to a deal like the legal case. I just think they need to be out in perspective.
It seems people here are either massively bullish, or massively bearish. Over confident, or doom and gloom.
On balance, I'm happy and confident ARCM will make me a decent return.
If something really material arises I'll rethink.

It's just bizarre to me. All the effort to post a fairly well out together idea with some facts just to prove why an investment isn't worth it.

That's some serious free time right there. I spend enough time trying to finding and keeping informed on the investments I believe will make me money, let alone the ones that won't.

Thanks anyway CO123. I'm banking on you're wrong ;) albeit I can't win the recent shareprice movement argument, I'm in over a longer time frame. Clearly I'd love this to happen in a straight line vertically up, but it doesn't work that way.

Same situation in ARB from 3-5p entry. Ignored the people who failed to realise the value until I sold at a couple quid a pop. I may be wrong, it may go under but so may/do FTSE companies with relatively no upside so we can only research and have faith in our own ability and beliefs.

I've a modest holding here. I will add in time as other investments allow and this will become a more longer term hold along with some others. Fairly muted reaction today in share price tbh but I'll accept that if it can stay sub 50p for me for a while.

Im steadfast ATM though that ARCM is a solid proposition. Largely based on the desire for them to try as much as is possible to avoid dilution of shareholder value, the assets we have in the region and my belief that if (or IMO when) ARCM hit massive sulphides at depth one of the surrounding neighbours, Chinese or indeed even dare I say Anglo will have to pay a pretty penny.

The ground is just too good it's really a case of locating it/them.
Clearly this drill season finding massive deposits in the drill zones would be great, now they have clear targets at depth. Then I do firmly believe an asset sale for large digits will occur.

If we don't hit this season I think we obtain asset backed financing to establish a small scale plant at Cheyeza to fund our share and pony up with a major on a JV basis for further development.

I do have faith in the BoD and their intentions. Like I say I agree Comms clarity and perhaps regularity could be stronger but that doesn't come close to print me off the potential.

That certainly is an interesting watch. I actually hadn't seen that and lots of important information about why the assets are so good, their intentions and ways of thinking.

I hadn't actually seen this presentation. I already remain confident but watching this still reaffirms whyvive such a chunk invested in ARCM.

Doesn't sit nicely with me. Appreciate it happens, and needs to be a factor that's considered though they investment case in copper doesn't require it though.
I'll bet big on copper and hope countries can avoid war, personally.
