No on said that only 2 million can be used. We pointed out that the company have said (and therefore our expectation is) they only INTEND to use the 2 million dollars.
Also said this was based on the debt financing being completed on time.
Clearly, they may need more if unforseen out of plan issues, particularly if any delays in the other financing. No one wants these issues, they may not happen, but they could.

In the grand scheme of things they've basically mitigated one risk (the risk of not having cash if something happens) to (the risk of having to use the CLN facility if something happens). While I want neither to materialise, I'd argue having acces to capital in the event of any unforeseen issues is better than not.

The potential high returns are there. I'm quite happy with the overall risk. But, if you're looking for a Low risk, or risk free investment this isn't the one.

Yes I'd agree. Certainly prefer the payment of £1.2 million of arc shares to be at a higher 10 day VWAP as possible. So if we can get a higher arc share price ahead of this closing I'd clearly be even happier.

That said Botswana is a good place to be though imo and that cost for 75% of a prospective area there sounds good (albeit I haven't done a geological assessment of any sort I'd assume actual geologists would have).
I am aware of the KCB though and I am conscious opportunities there are well sought after at present.

Lastly, regarding having a lot to do at our areas in Zam ontop of Bots. I suppose that depends on what any commercial transaction involves. It may not be an issue at all if either a) we sell some or all of the Zam assets. b) we get enough cash / royalties and or other payments from the commercial transaction to sufficiently cover exploration costs of any remaining areas in Zam and bots.

Have to wait for drills and see if voisey bay bidding happens, or if it's going to be a longer hold.
Hoping to hit massive sulphides, and get a nice competitive bidding situation personally but clearly need to have made some good drill targeting decisions for that to happen.

We'll find out in time I suppose.
