If they find something in hole 1, and prove their model, then they could all be company makers in own right but hole 3 could make a monster.

Or it could be all a fat dud lol.

Hopefully news of visible mineralisation, xrf and EM from in hole before proper assays.

FYI I've got it from a reliable source thay they are in a 'strong financial position as previously announced'.
That's not inside information, it's public.

I won't be saving the email, or sharing any other details it contains, but it gives me confidence they are not short and shouldn't be in any need for a placing.

I'd suggest before doing anything based on FUD you engage with the company or other forms of due diligence. It may even encourage them to announce news better.

Anyway I won't be selling; I'm holding for all the reasons I've shared and continue to be confident in.
However, I'm withdrawing from this board for now.

Sadly, ATM, its become more about being right and fighting egos than discussion.
Too many ex holders who feel they need to prove they were right by selling etc, who have been handed a chip on their shoulder by others on this board who have been abrupt and rude to those with any concerns or different views. It's like lord of the flies on here ATM.

Sadly I don't see the nature of the board changing until we hear news from the company themselves. At which point, hopefully, we can start to have a real debate around actual news and not about over confident presumption of the situation.

Sounds about what I had heard.

I do feel come point is a little arrogant, but I also think this plays to the point I previously made. I think it's his way, rather than anything of concern.

In a way, it's a good trait to have in a negotiation situation. So there in is the pay off.

Ultimately I think it's all moving along albeit we are not hearing much of anything formally.

It's a bit of a misleading ddrop today. The Uncrossing trade for a couple hundred quid made it look like it closed unchanged at 3.7 when in reality it was really 3.4 ish and opened there.

Broadly seems a fairly poor day in the markets. But clearly can't deny the downward nature of the share price here. I feel it'll pick up very soon.

I'm not overjoyed at the lack of comms and I've engaged with ARCM on this.

I've a large position here from a nice six figure gain to a deficit.
Personally I comfortable to hold here and the current loss here is covered by gains in other stocks. That said, if Twitter, nomad or direct arcm engagements gets some news flow I'll take it.

I just don't think it's being held back with any malicious intent. It's either simply poor comms or stuff is happening before they release info imo.

Done it many times and know many who sold one stock etc at 30-50% loss at 5p down to 3p before it went mental. I held and sold in the pounds. Clearly this won't be the case here, those returns aren't in this stock (imo) but I'm defo not selling now just because the price has dropped.

The markets are generally poor atm. AIM is fickle.

ARCM is causing me a pain in the proverbial ATM, it's annoying, but it's still got everything going for it that drove me here (plus more).

I'd love an asset sale RNS though. Pweeeeeeeaaaasssee.

30% certainly was higher than I'd envisaged so to hear those brush stroke % from the company (albeit can clearly be more or less) they (pxc) obviously expect strong demand and I'd assume this is based on their engagements to date.

To a degree that's true but BNY will have to have an initial float of ADRs so will need to buy from here, then increase if/as necessary (as you say based on demand).
They will likely have a view of what the order book will look like for the ADRs for initial volumes.

While results will clearly be an influencer (arguably an important one) on overall demand it's sadly not that simple to say results equal demand.
America isn't particularly a results driven market in the junior category. As you'll know from ARB etc. It's herd / sentiment / expectation mentality based in the OTC markets and sadly not fundamentally or results driven.

Largely agree though I've no expectation of 30%, or any %.
Actually the key factor here is no new shares feeding the liquidity into the OTC markets in America. It's all new demand, from existing share issuance.

I certainly agree with the II money. That will come with time and will likely be results based and need a higher market cap to be within their parameters.

Exciting times. I've grounded expectations here but subject to ADR gaining requisite approvals; the pressure caused by any extra demand from a new market, on that side of the pond where they are operating, should help create a steady growth from here.

I did have it confirmed that SA was put on Zams red list so the airborne survey delayed by the SA team quarantining.

However I didn't say from the company.
I suppose you could argue that isn't notifiable and is public information.

That's fair enough Ella. Not against the approaching of the Nomad to clarify a concern over lack of comms that you believe are notifiable. In fact fair play if it gets the comms machine turning.

However the tone, or impression, I am getting is
that you think (or are concerned) the lack of comms is because they are hiding things, potentially on purpose and even to manipulate the market in some way. My interpretation may be wrong.

If I had those concerns about intent, I'd run a mile and take any loss (personally).

As for holding a company to account it's simply presumption ATM. However if that presumption became fact clearly it would be at that time (after I'd sold) I would look to hold those involved to account.

Like I say, not against the engagement with nomad/arcm or frustration over Comms. We just differ (I believe) on the intent behind it.

Anyway, keep us in the loop if you do hear anything. No malice. Just curiosity.

I can happily sit at a loss (and I am in this stock) , if my sentiment and reason I invested remain stronger than any concerns. I'm still happy to be in here and see the probability of a strong return being far greater than my annoyance over lack of comms ATM.

But my point it more that if my concerns were around conduct, best interests, licences, legal then I'd defo take a loss of 30% to protect the remaining capital. I have done so.

I'd also like to get more news, however I'm also comfortable that progress to shareholder returns is occuring.

I don't say that without any due diligence of my own, and we've all got different goals, outcomes, risk appetites and expectations. So I respect your opinions.

Happy to hear both sides of the coin and different positions but I do struggle to understand and digest when those that have such major concerns, seemingly without any positive sentiment, continue to hold a stock? Why would you. Baffles me.

I wasn't anticipating 30% shares on the OTCQX but heck If they are thinking those types of volumes then yes, the squeeze on stock given the float and low number of shares in the domestic AIM market will most certainly lift the share price.

Especially if results also increase demand in the AIM market first.

They've actually probably created the polar opposite of the dilution normally typical of AIM. Literally the liquidity will have an issue with undersupply, not oversupply to the demand. Only means one thing.

The requirements vary depending on which segment of the exchange the listing is destined for. As you say some require a minimum bid price, albeit this isn't always the case. If revenue is above x amount the bid can be lower, if the revenue is below them other conditions are present around the bid price.

In this instance as it'll not be based on revenue, it'll be based on net asset value etc, there will be a minimum bid price to qualify. Albeit pxc will be well above that with the 10:1 proposal for each pxc stock:ADR.

Certainly indicates to some further strong returns here especially when reg approval and the depository start buying for the American market. Hopefully the market demand is strong as it will certainly cause pressure to push the price up here.

BNY Mellon will need to by these from AIM. So if they want 100k ADRs they'll have to buy 1 million AIM shares.

I have no idea what kind of float of ADRs BNY will need but it will most certainly add to creating a supply squeeze.

Wonder if they've already been buying.
