Yeah exactly the share price. My entry was decent really but clearly higher than here. However If it drop much lower I'll look to potentially add. Equally happy to just hold the decent position I have though and Lett time and progress so the rest.

Today's price won't matter this time in six months or next year (whatever the outcome).

Any dilution isnt desired by anyone (other than perhaps the recipients).

That said, they can only be exercised if the price goes up to the required price between 7.5p and 15p (from memory), so several times higher than current price.
Plus they are vested, half available after year one and remainder half from year two.

So as has been said it'll help keep them motivated and aligned to hit the targets that are also in the interests of current shareholders to be hit. Plus it incentivises them to stay with the company until they can be executed, after the vesting periods (obviously subject to the share price criteria being met).

I'm happy to be corrected but I think the issuing of warrants options is probably okay.
Obviously the execution / actual purchasing of those warrants wouldn't be permitted if the beneficiary who is executing them was
A) In a closed period e.g. prior to scheduled results etc or
B) was in the possession of insider information I.e. Information that could give an unfair advantage to its possessors if acted upon. Like hitting massive sulphides lol

I'm not sure the timing is signposting anything to do specifically with this drill.
It's clearly a nice reward for Ben but I suppose the obvious counter argument is the much higher price of a number of the warrants. This is incentivising Ben T etc to deliver and align their rewards with shareholders at current prices etc.
Plus they must have a level of confidence we can get there, which is good.

I'd like them to avoid issuing further warrants etc though.

Could be loads of reasons to be honest, not sure it's fee related though personally, unless they've had a change of mind in the approach.

We know they have 'access' to $30 million in convertible loan financing. Of which they intend(ed) to only use the initial $2 million; expected to last until the debt financing was finalised due end August (which as you say Ant carries a 3% fee).
The remainder $28 million in convertible loan was intended to only be used in contingency situations so they never originally planned to use it to cover the fee. The 3% fee may even be held from the principal loan amount on payment.

Anyway, it's only a million USD of the $28 million we have access to albeit didnt intend to use.
It may be a mitigation action and signposting of a risk of a slight delay of a week or two in the completion of debt financing (may not materialise).

It may well be a drop in grade or other operational capex/opex that wasn't foreseen.

However I'm not too concerned and I'm of the opinion they would have released any material issues as part of the RNS if major issues. Therefore it's likely an unforseen increase in expenditure, or mitigative action.

I think that West Face exercising and now selling the warrant shares of about 7% company (just under I think) is quite probable.

They had until end Dec 2021 to exercise at the agreed reduced price of 14p (which would have otherwise been 20p). The fact they exercised them all now makes sense that it was with an intention to sell and not hold, as otherwise they could simply have held them all, or in part, and exercised at a later date in H2. They would need headroom to operate as they'll know that by selling their position down they will lower the profit margins as it brings the price down.
That said, it's also possible they exercised as the price was dropping and they wanted to be able to offload in the event it dropped further.

It would require a bit of analysis of (reliable) trade data and volumes pre and post warrant exercise to add weight to the hypothesis though, to see at what level they average trade volumes etc have increased.

Ella it's not a done deal yet. I'm unsure how they will raise the cash etc. $5 million cad is short of $4 million USD. Which are both shirt of the $5 million we will eventually get over the remainder 2021 on completion.

Uncertainty is part and parcel of delivering any one off activity be it project/financing. So during negotiations, securing finance, etc etc we just have to take it for what they are happy to say.

I'd be happy if it completes, as currently the market IMO have built in that it isn't completing.

I think it's looking okay and as long as we get our first two payments of circa $1.5m USD to add to the existing strong cash position then the remainder is backed by stock (which is actually higher in value than the final $3.5m payment by some way.

Yeah but one change to your list, it's not a loan but a loan note payable in favour of Arcm on or before end Dec 2021.
So it's further monies from Golden Mining.
To act as security Arcm (obv in the event the loan note isn't paid) Arcm will get 3.5 million shares in a company (Black Rock Petroleum) listed on the OTC markets in states.
Currently they are priced at $2.85 each so plenty covers the loan note principle of defaults.

Yes the terrace is a bit perplexing given the news yesterday.
I didn't expect fireworks but didn't expect a drop.
That said it's only a small drop after a decent sustained rise so it's all good.
As you say, won't beer long until ADRs (approval permitting). Aside from results before then and any other news.
Give it 6-8 weeks or so and BNY will need to buy here to start the ADR scheme on OTC.
