I'll certainly be interested to see more detail on the deal (or the new deal I should say).

I wasn't invested from the IPO buy I have been here a while and have a decent average ATM.

Honestly I'm here for the macro story for the commodities, the geographical location being extremely sought after and growing (Bots and neighbouring Namibia), the potential scale of the assets kav have and my initial view from interviews that Ben T etc won't dilute at the drop of a hat.

The latter is my only reservation with this deal ATM. I do have faith in Ben and the methodical exploration approach being adopted by KAV to date.

I can see why people who had high expectations from the initial drilling at the KSZ may seem disappointed but I'm actually encouraged by it. Clearly the Kalahari sands etc means exploration is challenging and any find will need to be strong to be viable.

The risk is present but I think from this price a profit is a sure thing either by selling on the next rise or in my case having the intent to hold for potentially staggering returns. Or possibly a combination of the two.

Bozi perhaps reflect on the tone of your own messages, before casting judgement over others.

Besides many have said their views already, and so far I've not seen any sign of acceptance or movement in your own stance. That's fine but at some point you saying the same worries and others sharing the same positive views gets a little tedious doesn't it?

I'm invested here for the current assets. I accept dilution is likely with any junior, but I'd rather that dilution was for the current asset exploration and development. The trouble with even more projects isn't the initial dilution but the subsequent dilution too.

All that said I'm not selling anything either and I'll add on any significant weakness.
I believe the next 12-18 months will prove fruitful here despite dilution impacting the price potential beyond. If successful, it'll still be a seriously rewarding share to have, and at this level it's a fantastic risk to reward imo.

Don't present them as truthful, or offering otherwise unknown information that you should be commended for.
I don't think many care about others having an alternative opinion/view, but your research and opinions have been consistently driven with significant bias against ARCM.
Sadly it is you who has been unable to accept the alternative possibilities others have raised against your own opinions.
You have a major whiff of narcissism about you and by and large is why I totally ignore you these days (and the general tit for tat you have a significant role in creating that plagues this board).

Just realised after the RNS today my original guess on commercial transaction news which was 4-8 weeks I'd said this week would be at 2-6 weeks but actually it's 1-5 weeks (including this week).

So between next week and 4 weeks is when I thought we would get news Of the deal.

Drop in price is worse as lowers the average (albeit kav mitigated to a degree as the option value is much lower.
I wouldn't imagine the share price movement is related to that deal. Volume is so small it's basically any deal can move the market ATM.
Best to simply sit back and wait IMO.

Although there is truth in the fact that more often than not placements for working capital etc do end up being not worth it and the average PI can often get in for less than placing price, even if it is a discounted placing.

In this case the warrant was an added kicker (as D220 says) and is a bonus to the uptakers of the placing. But I actually hate warrants as they really can build up.
I much prefer companies to offer a discounted placing price with no warrants attached. The discount should be the selling point especially for any serious volume.
Certainly not a fan of companies offering discounted prices plus attached warrants, even if it is offered to PIs.

That's one negative i have on Ben is offering warrants AND discounted initial placings.

I've added plenty at low 3ps though from my initial buys around same level so I am happy enough. Now a hold.
Although if my other stocks do okay I will add here.

And it's relevant to the share some of my points the other day;

I'm very encouraged by the recent drill in that .....
- they have proven they can drill to depth in difficult conditions,
- increased siemens reading of the target to 16k (now double what made most excited to start with),
- developed a greater understanding on the geology/stratigraphy of the area
- increased confidence and evidenced the area has mineralisation and the future potential in the region
- gathered more detail on the location of the potentially highly prospective target orebody and potential feeder zone,
- obtained cores and data to feed back into and refine their modelling
etc etc

Only point I'd make about shares in issue being. Just over 400million is that id probably anticipate them being double, potentially triple that..... eventually.

Kav are pretty good with spend but when warrants are in the money, if option on molopo taken, plus capex/opex raise etc, any drill costs via shares, share awards etc etc.
Clearly the share price will (should) gain traction along the exploration curve, and reduce the impact of any dilutive events. Also clearly depends on when discovery is made and any interest from a major / what that looks like.

It not a negative and it's important to consider any price calc target from a much higher shares in circulation than currently IMO. The numbers are still very impressive.

I would agree it's likely (certainly possible) later in the year.
Also as you say the warrants may be out the money ATM given recent drop but I haven't checked through the exercise prices to confirm

Stan I can't see the original post referencing a placement, as I've a few posts all filtered out, so probably within those.

I don't believe a placement is needed. Ben has said they have cash and in the money warrants.

Obviously their is very likely to be new 'placements' of shares added to the market e.g.
- if they progress the molopo option
- any in the money or subsequent warrant option exercises

I added more this morning after much NT to buy. I wont add more for now until others pick up and enable me to in time if it works out that way.

People were here for a quick trade on positive sentiment and hoping on a quick buck on the outcome of one drill, observing through a short term lens IMO. Ben always said no guarantees and highlighted the risks despite his enthusiasm. KAV have already committed to drill the other highly prospective targets in the KCB.

Yes the KSZ is rightly a very attractive and investment worthy asset, and a key reason I invested with KAV also, but they have lots more prospects that deserve further work while they assess and interpret the data from the recent drill campaign in the KSZ.

While they develop these models and plan the next drill etc they can / should progress the KCB and run the TDEM.
The TDEM is a strategic approach and will also support discussions with majors on any successful drill of the 16k siemens target to support the potential of clusters of deposits.

Only thing I want it sack off Molopo option but I'm not sure I'll get my wish.

Molopo I'd happily see not taken up I've made that clear, but even more so at this price. However I think this shareprice is far too low ATM despite the generic risks here that are possible in any junior exploration stock.

I have faith in both the management and assets. Personally.

Yeah I'd agree with Keith jp2000.

The target is getting more defined and KAV gaining a more detailed understanding. I personally feel those selling now are not seeing things straight here, possibly expected overnight riches on one drill, and need to zoom out and see it broader.

However if you can all sell up I don't mind as I can't get a quote ATM.. :)
