Let's face it day traders will either have nothing in today, or be shortvon stocks or indexes.
Swing traders wont be realising much profit at this price.
This is simply a broad market sell off, it's got nothing to do with rambler specifically.
The market isn't broadly in a positive sentiment ATM.
I'm holding but just saying it's not about fundamentals, ramblers production or copper commodity pricing that's driving the market today.
I certainly feel better being in copper stocks generally because eventually sentiment will return and hopefully the copper stocks will be on investors shopping lists.

Difficult one Lethal. Markets are fickle and the trouble with all fairy low volume stocks is that any change in those norms will cause greater volatility in share price swings (that can be both good and bad).

Generally today the market is weak across most shares from what ive seen. Macro environment is impacting general market sentiment and nervousness.

You are right with what you say about stocks not holding value. That's a broad topic to try to summarise.
Generally nut by no means exhaustively or detailed thing like....
- Having an investment case and price targets
- Have patience to hold out or add on price lows ; but continually assess the investment case to ensure its still valid
- Assess the supply of shares in the market (e.g. placement shares, free float, financial position etc) and sentiment to time your entry (dont jump in just because it looks shiny) there will generally be another chance to get in (most the time)

You can make money and lose money in various ways on the market. Do what is right for you, your skills and comfort level. Have a plan and stick to it until the reason you invested is no longer valid (or you hit your targets).

Personally im hoping that any commercial transaction isn't at company level and is at asset / project level.
I'm hoping that it's either a full sale or JV ( I suspect the latter).
I'm personally (don't shoot me) not thinking it'll be a huge cash sum but perhaps a sum big enough for the major to acquire an initial stake in a licence or licenses. CE and Muswema I think for sure involved.
Then they earn in via controlling and financing all exploration with agreed milestones.
That said I will happily accept more and there is an argument that I am underplaying any deal(s) potential.
I can see the counter to my thinking is I'm not sure arcm would relinquish any / all oversight or input into the project(s) exploration (as eluded to on the call) without at least a major stake of the area(s) within any commercial transaction being significantly bought into at outset by a major.

It's all conjecture anyway.just musing

In short yes. It would be more shares if executed on original terms.

However the company built in some protections:
1. That the value paid for the asset is lower at £1.17 million if the vwap is below 5p
Plus
2. The shareprice is based on a 10 day vwap so won't be at today's price.
3. 6 and 12 month lock in of shares. I consider this a protection in the event the share price rebounds.

If the price was between 5-8.8p kav shares offered would have been approx 21.3million.

I haven't tried to calculate the vwap but at around 4p it would be circa 29.25 million kav shares and the 1:1 warrants.

Be interesting to see if Ben T still sees this as a viable option on current dilution rates, if they try to revisit the terms, or request a further extension to the option.
We'll find out later or tomorrow I guess

Personally happy to add and have done so at 3l just under 3.4 and 3.5 ish.
About an extra 35% to my holding here.
It's a steal IMO as irrespective of the drill outcome, we are actually closer now and more likely to have found a target than before the most recent drill.
Following the sentiment is one sure for way too lose capital IMO.
Find good stocks early (before the crowd), build a position, be calm and add on weakness (provided the investment case is still valid).

Its not a case of a deal being lost the deal is at our discretion and option of kav. Not pursuing isn't losing a deal.
If we execute it then it'll be closer per around 30 million shares at now I expect, excluding the warrants at the much much higher price in the 8'ps.

Agreed. The way I understood the video is this hole they realised they had modelled slightly wrong for one plate when the readings were in fact caused by two plates. So the 2.5k Siemens and the 16k Siemens was translated to 11k and they drilled between the two.
Now they have a target nearby that they have more confidence in at a higher reading.
This dip in sharepricce is understantable as many bought in on hype and hope of a one hole wonder..
While we all had high expectations they've explained why it occured and the chances next time are significantly better (subject to drill conditions).
I think /hope they get at it before ditau ends when they sort more rigs

Think that's a bit harsh imo. It's more learning and enhancing the models every time.

Kav have up to about 75 metres of Kalahari sands sat on top, and therefore no visuals but have already managed to hone in on a significant target and potential feeder zone.

KAV / Mindea have managed to drill some serious depth holes in challenging conditions.

We started at 8k Siemens target, increased to 11k during early drill stages and we now likely have a high confidence target at 16k Siemens.

It's early stage exploration and my confidence is just increasing on this target.

The drill is half paid on shares. Plus we have a decent amount of cash and loads of in the money warrants. So not sure it's a limiting factor ATM. They'll get more rigs at it soon and that'll be announced

I've filtered outofluck. He/she asked questions, i answered they focused on the negative replies and never acknowledged any constructive reply I offer, and just gets a bit abusive and defensive.
Isn't worth it.
Can't seem to see when people are willing to listen to a counter view and engage in a discussion.
Then the other day when outofluck was arguing a point with someone a subsequent post posted on the thread saying saying how it proved their point (even though the account hadnt ever been here or in that post thread). So clearly outofluck has a few accounts and made a mistake.
So I tried to engage, looks like they have an agenda and I don't generally filter but have done so increasingly on this board sadly.
The petty arguments are unreal and can't seem to get any dialogue / debate going at all these days.

For me DT I didn't filter them for a long time as I'm open to genuine alternative views to challenge my thinking and generally try operate with an open listening mind as I'm confident in my own thoughts, when it comes to investing anyway.

Ella has simply become more and more unhinged and less and less realistic, meaningful and worthwhile. They've moved from occasional useful research and views and started using a more obvious, less tactful and utter garbage posting mode imo.

Anyway best to simply ignore in my mind. Prob won't even mention them again. Let them carry on with their ego and bitterness it really won't change the out come here either good or bad.

It's easier will Ella on filter, really is pointless.
They don't have a clue as has been evidenced by their past here.
Someone who is clearly very capable as a researcher but seems unable to put those skills through any useful or reasonable assessment to come to accurate, or profitable conclusions.
They are here simply to either be proven right or wind up those who have reacted. Either way other we only have several choices a) filter b) engage c) ignore d) get some plutonium and a delorean fitted with a flux capacitor

However as I've said several times I don't want the molopo deal executed.
It won't cause me to sell but strategically I don't particularly support involvement in another asset atm.
We've plenty to go after.
Focus on our goal of discovery not asset building ATM imo. We've highly prospective areas already we can get into.
