I assume you didn't make the call earlier or have chance to catch up on the historical information, interviews and RNS'.

As in m sure we all appreciate that's what's in the RNS today but that's just the standard customary statements.
The due diligence (technical and company level) has been done. This was also confirmed by NvS on the call today and has been RNS'd previously.

So while I appreciate you've read it there today if you have a gander at earlier exclusivity RNS you'll see what's people mean by the DD being completed. This won't take the 90 days or whatever for due diligence.

They may take a little time to finalise some of the finer if and but conditions in the legals but even that is largely sorted. AA and ARCM will be cracking on with gusto now.

It's not day one as it's been a long process while other legal issues were present. These were recently settled to pave a way for this deal.

regarding AA drilling this season and mobilisation this is something I've engaged with NvS on post call. I was advised the plan is to get going in the next few weeks.
Now that may mean drilling or may mean more mobilisation but the drill will be turning this season and I know everyone is keen as a bean to make that sooner than later. Weather etc permitting

Absolutely agree with your general positivity in ARCM as an investment, especially in these market conditions.

I would add though that I believe, and NvS said as much today, that AA are keen to start ASAP this drill season. So I don't expect no activity this year. Rather the opposite tbh.
They'll have a drill plan having been over all the data during due diligence and negotiations etc to date. To meet the exploration milestones alone they'll have to sink a heck of a lot of holes this year and for the next 7 years.
NvS put this into perspective today and just to meet the stipulated spending they'll have to spend and drill 4x more every single season than ARCM have. As much if not more each season than ARCM have done alone over the entire last four years. It's really a super JV deal.

Also NvS said AA are likely to spend on drill faster than what the agreement stipulates. So drill will be turning this year and many of them IMO.

I believe news flow here across all assets and pending transactions (but inparticular Zambia JV) will be much more regular now in line with the increased activity.

Agree fully that people will sell on this news who weren't intending to hold for the long haul, but also it's a dog cr@p day in the markets as a whole.

I'm sure you'll agree this JV is transformational and that is an understatement. It's an amazing deal for ARCM as a junior and the market will realise this value over the coming weeks, months and years.

Anyone who holds this will be surprised at what this can and will unlock IMO.

Yes it's subject to AA finding the goods but if anyone will they will and this commitment really does show confidence in the areas the JV hold.

I can't wait for the drill season tbh. The real returns will be made by holding this IMO.

No reason for drop based on call. No costs to ARCM, free carry. John Meyer never seen deal like it with a junior in his career. AA may even expedite the spend on exploration shorter than 7 years. All very very positive

Yes Seis. I'd expect they would offer to buy us out in due course.
In the mean time the exploration will get very busy.

Yes Seiz starts of with an on paper JV or 70/30 to AA but in order for AA to retain that split they have to meet the exploration and cash payment criteria. It's like an earn in where is they don't do it they will earn out.... So to speak.

Mog99 you could but you would be understating the importance of this deal.
I've covered the dilution avoidance benefits but this deal secures major exploration.

Share market no they don't own 70% atm. They have to earn up to that by spending tens and tens of millions in exploration.
If we had retained 100% and did that level of exploration ourselves you would likely have had many multiples more arcm shares from dilutionary events and it would have taken decades.
This will put an exploration rocket up the ar$e of the assets and the value of our 30% will be far greater than of we retained and explored ourselves.

Basically Anglo start with 51% and then earn in up
to 70% over 3 phases. In total they have to pay about 70-75 million dollars in exploration costs to earn it plus staged cash payments.
So clearly that's the sort of cash and expertise that unlocks assets.
I assume it's on all licences, and it doesn't mention anything about Zaco.
For me if over 70 million dollars of exploration is needed to earn the top % ownership then imagine how long it would have taken ARCM alone plus the dilution would have almost certainly cost you more in returns (that is a key factor not to be overlooked).
Exploration overdrive as soon as signed.

Leathal - it's okay to find people you have faith in and use as a lead to possible options. However always have your own investment case with any position as otherwise you won't know when to sell or hold. I'm not here for 60p personally so I'm not worried I didn't sell at that price.
Also even if you find what you think is a gem of a stock, always consider any upcoming dilution, any overhang or big sellers and time your entry, have an idea of what value you give the business. All these factors will help you mentally and in decision making. As tbh small caps are volatile. It's just as hard to ride a 100 bagger and not sell too early as it is to lose 100% on a stock and I've done both. In fact the bagger was harder but that's another story.

Only you can decide obviously as I don't know what your investment case was for entering into RMM.
As I say the shareprice is frustrating but all the company can do is progress and the market participants will determine the shareprice.
Personally I'm not a mining expert like CK but I see all the key metrics of the mine improving from stopes to feed to production (granted a few operational delays etc but it's mining), commodity prices strong, right jurisdiction and some fab looking exploration results, cash positive Vs needing a bailout.
At the risk of over repeating myself the market simply doesn't always value things correctly.
It's also a bit of a bear market ATM.
If other stocks I own rise and this does drop more I will release and add more here personally.
As I genuinely think this is far lower risk than when I invested.
But that's just my view and not something everyone should or will agree with.
