RE: Where will it go?14 May 2022 10:14
Well no one can tell for sure but we'll have a very very healthy cash / stock holding balance after the casa deal and AA deals fully complete.
With further cash coming in for a number of years.
The growth killer known as dilution is no longer a worry. That's a very important point to me with this deal plus the free carry.
Clearly the major value will be unlocked by the Zambian assets at the moment, but we also have Botswana to go at while AA sink the best part of $75 million dollars into the ground.
Plus it sounds like we may acquire a further modest bit of land in Zambia.
This should be trading higher no doubt. If I had loose cash I'd add to my position here for sure even though it's already large enough to be fair.
Forget the humble pies that some have had to eat, I'll eat the kitchen table if we aren't much higher over the next 0-6-12-18-24 months.
AA don't throw money like this around, with a junior at this stage of exploration, unless they have some significant confidence. They certainly don't offer deals like the one ARCM managed to get at their stage of exploration.
As for when and how much this rises will depend on when and how much they find. Stating the obviously but point being you just can't guess the share price ATM and also you can't account for the markets we operate in. Let's face it this price is crazy after that deal. Markets are not rational.
Whatever the future price, be it 30, 40, 50p or more I'm confident of one thing today, the direction will be up.
I'm expecting a similar share growth journey to that of ggp post deal in q1 2019 personally. I think this deal is actually better tbh. Weve also much less shares in issue.
While clearly its not a like for like situation, with drills turning and a stream of decent results it'll certainly be a fun ride.
I'll let the markets do what they like. Value will be shown in the end.
