We've seen the cadastre status updates. Only a couple days ago the zaco went from pending renewal to transferring.

It's defo happening in the background. They'll want this done by 8th absolutely no doubt. Hopefully they can get it done. But if they can't it won't be because of lack of effort IMO.

I understand your broader point you're trying to make about comms, and a desire to hear more from ARCM. However I think the point is lost in this context...Clearly listing is ultimately a means to raise capital in the markets. Fees and nomads etc are simply a requirement to become / stay listed.

Anyway it's semantics. We all want to hear more and we will soon enough either way. Completion or small extension is my view. I'm as certain as one can be it won't be cancellation given the research we've shared on cadastre and no news to suggest such.

They won't give a running commentary on the deal progress within the stated extension period. The only thing I'm keen to hear on other than the Zambia JV is Botswana update, but the Zambian deal is the critical thing for me.

If like more Comms generally id agree though. It has been a while but can see why they can't really share much on the flagship project as it's in limbo. When AA are at the helm the project should advance at pace.

Id be surprised if they don't settle the debt due in may with it. The placing won't be enough and they have said they intend to clear historic debts this year so not sure the strategy is refinancing but it may be. As you say, we'll find out soon enough.

When boards aren't so touchy they are really useful vehicles for PIs. This Saturday was an example. Constructive, supportive, opposing views from people in open discussion.

Did a bit of digging to understand what you're referring to and saw it mentioned the A&T secured loan. Then found the original RNS.

The following were the key things I took. Essentially...

'$4,000,000 asset backed debt with no convertibility

· 12 month term

· 20% interest per annum with ability to repay early at month nine. Interest & principal to be repaid as a Bullet payment at the end of the term on Monday 15 May 2023.'

So I assume a chunk will go here then. Or is something else in flight to repay this sum?

When I looked to try and find some capex costs for the diamond fields project the only cost references I could find were as follows. Looks around this figure to get things started.

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, notes that both the agreement on the Chiadzwa Community diamond project with Katanga Mining (Pvt) Ltd, ZCDC and the expected finance facility for US$13,500,000 (net) were not signed last week as anticipated.

Vast will provide all capital requirements for the project commencement on a loan account to SPV up to US$10million.

I think their aim with Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine is to cost cover in q1 and profitable in h1 if / when they hit name plate production.

Regarding Zimbabwe I keep reflecting on the statement they made in the diamond RNS'...

'Once these processes are finalised, the Company can refocus its attention back to other opportunities in Zimbabwe as previously announced.'

I can't determine if the use of 'other opportunities' means something other than the diamond JV thats been knocking around for years but I don't believe was formally concluded due to the diamond litigation etc. Or if they mean concluding the JV and diamond mining and used the term 'other' as in outside of current operations in Romania and Taj etc.

Be interested to hear from the long termers here on this and what they know about any comments the management have said about the desire to conclude the diamond JV / timelines.

I couldn't see anything else 'previously announced' but may have missed.

I've absolutely no requirement or need frankly to justify any of that to you monkey, but I did and won't justify it again.

With that said.....regarding....

My answer is
1. Rambler is suspended and I have no magic wand to make or lose money here.
2. I would like those with a position in rmm to get out of this without too much pain, or dilution. But it's a very bad situation.
3. What I 'think' is a good idea or what I'would' do is of no relevance to what others choose to do.
4. Any dilution would be announced with very little existing shareholders can do to stop it and save the company/their investment. IMO.
5. If i had to decide if I held or sold a position is irrelevant tbh (as per point 3) but I personally would base any decision on the root causes. For example what's the c1/c3 cost look like going forward, do they have a viable plan to reduce them and do I believe the terms of any financial resolution they make are viable and sustainable.

RMM certainly deserve credit in the improvements they've made in the mining operations.

However despite the operational improvements, the fact is the costs are too high and their grasp of their general financial position was poor.

Their are in default with suppliers, they have been unable to repay the debt burden and they stopped trading not due to market manipulation but pending clarification of their financial position.

I don't say this with pleasure, or an agenda. I am simply calling it as it really is.

I genuinely hope they manage to resolve the balance sheet issues they face for existing shareholders.

I hope they can't raise funds for more projects. We've cash in hand to work with so it may force them to focus on in flight activities.

Although I feel bad saying this. If rambler had multiple options I suspect they'd have executed some, or one by now.
I suspect the options may be limited, albeit I'd hope not unreachable. While I can understand current stock holders wouldn't want significant dilution, and say they would refuse to approve it, when faced with a narrative of it's this or nothing. I suspect they'd have no choice.

Hopefully it won't come to that for you all though. I know many have lots still in here.
