Exactly. The next week or so is key and the extension end date/ Indabacalign perfectly. Hopefully that's by design, but even if it's not, I'm certain it's a goal the relevant stakeholders will be aiming for.

All we can do is be bystanders. My point being i'm personally confident those that have influence on this are doing what they can.

It seems to have standardised here for now so we may trade in this range for now. You'd imagine those who intend(ed) to invest before confirmation would have done so by now, but you never know other newsfkow could land and/or some form of publicity.

I've not been watching the broader cadastre so unsure if any have been fully processed or what the start / end date of processing timescales are to calculate duration.

I suppose in any event any timescales people may have are only really comparable if the before and after status were equal. Additionally we don't really know any complexities with this specific situation, the end status of our areas Including any further area. Plus any additional effort around the JV formation.

Long and short is as long as things are moving, which we can see from our areas on the cadastre they are. With the extension due at same time as I believe the indaba etc is, then we can be hopeful it won't take too much longer, but thankful the deal is outstanding and it's clearly being progressed.

As for Peggy who cares what we do. I expect to make a decent 6 figure return here. If I don't then that's a shame, if I do I won't rub your face in it..... honest

0.65% from rock sampling isn't bad either.

Progressing well. Rock Sample PMR009 which assayed at 17.88% Cu and 125.46 g/t Ag. Ludicrous numbers.

Obv they will want it down quick as possible. It's unfortunate and fortunate what's happened in Zambia. The overhaul to stamp out corruption in mining etc and fair deals for Zambians and profiteering by many individuals and or companies took a while to set up new frameworks. The cadastre suspended for some considerable time.
Clearly this was the unfortunate part, but for the right reasons.

AA are top class JV partner here. The deal is the best I've seen achieved by a junior personally. Clearly the cadastre is up and running with gusto and actively working out areas now.

We can't change the timescales but all we PIs can do is position ourselves for what e believe will come. Clearly the delays , the retrace of the share price and general market will give some rise for concern. That said those who believe in it's eventual completion and understand the causes for delays (potentially yourself included of course) will have had time to take advantage of the market weakness.

Now I'm not saying it's 100% certainty. I'm not that audacious;but I believe near close to it this will complete as soon as the restructure is complete etc.

I've no idea where the share price will go. I'd have expected a much higher so already given the deal.
I expect a rise. I don't know if the market are waiting on completion to buy in, details of drill plans, the drill to turn, or more assays.
That said I expect all these things to happen a hell of a lot faster with AA at the helm operating it. With the amount they intend to spend and their expertise.

I don't think there are many better cooper plays out there (if any) with a deal like this near closing.
I'll let the market do what it wants and hold my position up to he point I think the upside is less than other stocks, on a risked basis. I have proved in mind but I'll leave them in my mind for now. The market isn't a good arbiter of value so often under and over shoots.

£15 trade takes the bid down to £1.30 area. Can't wait for some positive momentum and volume in that case

I'm pretty sure we're in good hands with the funding and sounds to be pressing nicely. I'm happy to hold the gains so far and we've all had some decent purchase opportunities of late.

Ella, So what's your point? You never mentioned the absence of exploration detail in their report in the initial post;you mentioned they own 25%.

Now you are saying it's that the exploration detail isn't covered as much as you would have expected (which wasn't what you referred to in the first post). How is the way ENRG report activity in their own quarterly reports relevant to ARCM?

We know ARCM have done exploration. We know they own 75% of the asset.

Just not understanding the relevance of your point here tbh.

This isn't today's news. The deal was 75% of the asset with option to buy remainder 25% for 5 million bucks before bankable feasibility. With commitment to spend 200k bucks a year on exploration. Or something along those lines.

The quarterly report may have been released today but that's neeither here nor there.

I do hold shares in the stock and rarely post.
The reason I invested is because of the sector, technology and potential growth trajectory.

That said I agree with your statement and only time will tell.

Yes, will have to wait and see what comes out in the wash. It appears all positive in the sense that clearly they are working on the licences our/the the department, progress with AA deal is happening etc which is key.

I do agree with some of the views around the confusion in any application for a large scale mining licence. As to my understanding you need a feasibility study, Approved EIA, financial reports etc for construction etc. Plans local employment and such.

It would seem odd to me to apply for and be issued such a LML at this stage, but again it'll come out in the wash. I'm sure their could be reasons and exemptions and so on that none of us know about.

Certainly good news to see the activity and exciting to see what's what when we are informed.

The intent is clear IMO, but to each their own.
The licences need renewal. AA and ARCM have a publicly known deal, that's been rubber stamped and referenced by the government of Zambia. Said deal requires a JV and licence restructuring..

You imply a lot out of thin air with confidence but seem unable to comprehend the intent of licence changes with the above backdrop.

Go figure.
