They can easily find major deposits (tier 1s) for the amount they intend to invest, the exploration to date and their expertise.

It could be a forward sale and money in hand now, or a forward sale contract. It's ambiguity at it's best.

I believe the recent announcements are certainly pre requisites to securing the new debt. It's very much robbing Peter to pay Paul ATM but I remain a watcher of interest here.

Exactly hereshopin. If I think I can sell a dog **** for 4p and bull them in at 2p I'm selling dog **** for a while.
Some moves are longer term hold, some are swing, arbitrage and all other forms of short term trades.

By and large I'm not a trader but it's important to have the ability to see a chance and take it. At the moment there are loads of them out there and moving with momentum is better than holding to a large extent in this macro environment.

That said I mostly hold my core stocks and don't play there.

The attractive thing here is they made it clear the cash position. IMO that's them saying we're thinking of delisting and btw out mcap is about half our cash balance alone.

Maths is telling me its buying money at this price if they delist.

It's my understanding we only have two areas that require renewals. I also expect these prior to 21st.
Then a deal conclusion followed by restructuring of the licences.

My view.
Going to miss the AGM now darn it. Hopefully it'll be recorded.

Well if he can turn us into a 250 mill mcap too I'd take it ;)

Bids has always needed to mature as has the disruptive market it's in.
Clear signs that is starting to now happen.

Effectively yes. He has said in a recent stockbox special feature interview that's the aim. I think from memory he said it was dependant on the rig that pow are using ATM. As he is keen to use the same team/rig.

There may be a requirement to relinquish some of the area on renewal depending on how it's arranged and viewed by the ministry of mines.

However this will have been known by AA before the JV was entered into

However essentially the Zambian licences for all intents and purposes are being JVd. These licences (subject to renewals on a couple) will be restructured and form a JV with AA.

AA will be the operator and owner. NvS has also mentioned a potential further opportunity in Zambia. We also have the Bots area that's being drilled.

There are multiple permutations. It's possible any restructure and renewals could be done concurrently. Or renewals first, then sign the deal and the restructure the assets under the JV follow.

There are indications of more licence areas but no detail on what, how much and if the review and changes to the ministry of mining policies will be a factor in the previous 'oppprtunity' Nick spoke about (refer to aforementioned investor call).

The key thing here is the conclusion of the JV that's exceptional for a junior.
Any further licences opportunity is icing and Botswana is certainly interesting and activity under way.
