Zambia under HH isn't the same proposition it once was. Compared to when I first invested here the geograohical risk has very much decreased.
I genuinely believe HH has the motivation and has shown he genuinely wants this to improve. He is seeking to make it fair and less corrupt, for the benefit of locals, mining companies and the prosperity of Zambia generally. HH has done a lot to improve the sector, stamp out systemic corruption etc. It's a large part as to why the deal has been held up so long and also why the majors like AA are now heavily investing back into Zambia.
The assets prospectivity coupled with this deal with the best outfit to find mineralisation in the region, and the nature of the deal just isn't built into the markets IMO. Even if I discount for geographical risk. But like I say I'm very much of the opinion I have faith in HH to walk the walk to improve this and he doesn't seem to be disappointing IMO
