Waco regarding timelines my understanding from some research is from after the SISP order is obtained to the closing of the transaction approx 15 weeks is assumed.

Clearly the process has some flexibility so it's not necessarily that time but gives a broad brush expectation.

It's on this basis I suspect the SISP to not be completed before the suspension 6 month term arrives at end April.
It was on this basis I suggested I thought after an SISP was announced its likely the next milestone will, sadly, be a delist.

Just my opinion.

Regarding the CEO getting an unfair wrap. I agree he has technically improved operations but he hasn't IMO been across the broader business and under his stewardship he hasn't had a handle on the finances enough. While other people are responsible for the financials in the company, the CEO is accountable.

Anyway it's a mute debate now.

In both the above examples, after being granted protection under the CCAA, they both initiated an SISP.

SISP is a sale and investment solicitation process in an insolvency proceeding under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada).

It doesn't mean RMM will have to go down this route but I think it's likely. So my view is the CCAA will be approved this week and then they are likely to initiate an SISP and possibly delist after 6 months of being suspended.

Generally isn't great for shareholders as in above cases. RIG will not have influenced this IMO it's one of the last resorts to save the mine and jobs and give a little time etc.

Just my views. Hopefully they pull a rabbit out.

Yes few unusual sized trades, given normal volumes is so low ATM. Not massive trades but a fair few moderate sizes. Could be any number of reasons tbh.

I've been in here a while (nota pimple on 7 years though) but just keeping a low profile ATM. Early days but looking good.

Tbh I never considered that RNS to be the strategy update. I'm expecting something far more inclusive and detailed with target dates (even if in quarters), objectives, priorities, ideally budget allocations but probably not likely. Some form of risk statements and such.

Today was just a pre strategic release warm up IMO.

FTC of course CU pricing hasn't already built in electrification. Their is a significant deficit looming and so it has to be economical to produce for higher cost producers and new exploration.

That said that may come too late for higher cost producers like RMM.

Moon they shut down as they don't have critical supplies as they are behind on terms with suppliers.

Clearly B1 is a complex drill at significant depth. It's a risky drill but let's face it they aren't going to not drill it so they may as well crack on now while cashed up and the share price is already bottom floating expecting failure.
They've proven they can drill the B1 zone in the KSZ despite the complications. They've learned from that first programme. They've further refined the models with the DHEM data and have a much clearer picture of what appears to now be two conductors. The Siemens reading even increased from the DHEM on one of those targets.

If its a dud then reset the strategy, move across to the new areas close to the Namibian border and consider other low hanging fruit.

Right now isn't the time to empire build with the cash we have raised which was raised with the intent of completing a programme of works on our current assets. The alternative for acquisition is a further capital raise via a placing or a deal that offers the seller shares in KAV, either way now is the exact time to avoid that. The shareprice is too challenged ATM.

Also as I've said before Ben's made it clear they're a small team. They've got capacity and resource constraints. Neither need to be exploited more at this stage until we've seen the strategic roadmap, objectives and budget allocations on the existing portfolio.

Just a few points around your interpretation of the last RNS.

The due diligence is IMO related to the cadastre as is the comments on being pleased with the changes being made by the ministry. In effect the due diligence is the completion of the license changes by the ministry and being pleased is saying they are doing a good honest job, and that those aspects in regards to the licenses arent something we need to worry about. They give me confidence is my conclusion and comprehension of it.

With regards to negotiation, structural statements this needs to be taken in the whole context. They are still negotiating the day to day it's and t's of the agreement. The finer details like communication, governance and all that. It's this stuff which takes forever due to legal wording etc etc. However again the overall context in the RNS is positive in that it tells us the structural elements still being negotiated haven't impacted the heads of terms of the JV.

I think the optics would be too awful for it to be underhand. Especially given it's so public. Plus HH has built his whole ministry on stamping out corruption etc etc
Everything is telling me it's all good. The regulatory announcements, the cadastre, the officials in Zambia, AA, plus the other research/Comms I've had with key parties.

All that said while I disagree with you on the risk If you personally feel better with more confirmation then can't argue with that as it's your choice.

I meant the cadastre which some find a concern during the JV delays is the main thing that's given me confidence through the quiet.
