Liked your posts when you first joined the board but since you sold out you have constantly drip fed negative posts to further your aim of buying back in much lower. Now even in normal times I wouldn’t like this behaviour very much but you are preying on the good people of this boards fears in a bombastic and in my opinion despicable way and for this reason I am putting you into my dark cupboard reserved for those who have stepped over the line of decency and respect for other posters! Goodbye - I feel better already :)

In many years of posting on LSE I have never had reason to report posts ( despite many many posts I disagree with even the 30 Infestors in my filter list whom I felt no need to report) however this board has recently been taken over by posters trying to force their beliefs and ideology on others which is very disruptive to this board never mind the offence they may be causing others who may not agree with their views. Please let’s all respect each other’s views and beliefs but keep our own council so that it doesn’t descend into a war of words which is presently where we find ourselves. Good luck to all fellow Solgers and let’s keep our posts relevant to Solg.

Maybe part of the initial SP jump on Friday was sparked by news of the Court decision but other investors jumped in thinking something of a more corporate nature was brewing pushing the price up 17% and now on Monday realisation has dawned that corporate action is not in play so the speculative money is now being sold off? Just my musings which may be well wide of the mark!

Q - Think we are on the same page in that things are going on behind the scenes which for now Solg doesn’t want to divulge hence the information blackout which I take as a positive

Pad - Think you’ve hit the nail on the head! I worked for a global corporation and there were many occasions when I was reminded that information I was privy to was price sensitive and couldn’t be shared or discussed until it was released and out in the public domain. Therefore the assumption that Solg must have drilling results and is somehow obligated to release them because they are price sensitive is incorrect. Solg at present seems to be in an information lock down which they are totally entitled to do if they believe releasing info would be price sensitive in respect of any negotiations they may be conducting. Don’t get me wrong I like everyone else am crying out for an RNS to update us on what is going on, but I take solace from the fact that the very absence of information could be a strong indication that major moves are happening behind the scenes so for now I remain a frustrated but patient investor! Hey everyone don’t know about you but for me 2019 absolutely flew by! No sooner had the year started than it seemed it was ending ( maybe just my age though lol) The point I’m making is that like last year 2020 will be gone before we know it and once we are into next year it’s the BFS followed by the start of the construction phase. So with BHP being able to make a bid from this Oct and the BFS / Construction due early next year, one way or another we will see exciting milestones in the journey of Solg within the next 12 months which in the grand scheme of things is a very short time scale to wait before we are well rewarded for our patience! GLTA true Solgers - our time is coming and it’s just around the corner :)

Be the pre-lim to a major announcement? It is often said that news blackouts are a pre- cursor to corporate activity especially when you have so many players and options in play!! Just a thought but it wouldn’t surprise if something comes over the hill which we can finally all cheer about :)
