This is another good reason to delay publication of the PFS as any substantial increase in value will also benefit CGP and as they haven’t got our fantastic portfolio of regional targets they are very much a “one trick pony” totally reliant on Alpala so what better way to turn the screw a bit more than delaying the PFS whilst at the same time pursuing the “shock and awe” drilling strategy on the regionals. Result - Solgs SP continues to rise and CGP’s withers on the vine! What’s not to like about that :)

Is it gives Solg more time to get the drills turning and get some exciting cores / assays from the regional targets pushing the SP to a respectable level before the Alpala PFS is published. Why is this important? Because with the value of Alpala and a high expectation of what a successful bid may look like from one of the majors, they won’t stump up that kind of money without a fully evaluated PFS so by delaying its publication it gives us time to prove more value from the regionals and hopefully if bids do start to land get some kind of fair value! Personally I am happy the PFS has been delayed and I’m in no rush to see it published until we have more results from Pov, Rio, Blanc and Hue

Addicknt you are correct. Solgs ROFR relates to CGP’s 15% stake in ENSA not an offer for CGP in totality but of course if this were to happen then Solg would still have ROFR relating to their stake in ENSA but taking such a scenario how would you separate the two valuations ie:- The price paid for CGP and the value of their ENSA holding? Looks and sounds very messy to me and could end up in a protracted legal battle to resolve! Probably won’t happen but life has a funny habit of biting you on the ar?e when you least expect it.

Couple of things he said worth mentioning:-
- He described the First hole at Porvenir as “one of the most important holes Solg had ever drilled”
- Hole 2 will drill into core but won’t hit the centre which will be drilled when rig 2 arrives
- Regarding CGP he made a big point of highlighting that they were precluded from raising money using their 15% share of ENSA as some form of collateral ( didn’t use those exact words but his message was very clear with a few legal terms thrown in to make it clear that they can’t raise funds in this way!)

My recollection on this point is that ENSA incorporates all of the Cascabel area which includes much more than just Alpala with other concessions such as Blanca, Moran, Aquagina (not spelt right) Tandamara ( not spelt right) and maybe a few others

Less than 500k shares sold and over 2m bought and the price on day is now showing negative vs yesterday’s close! You really couldn’t make it up!

Zoros is such a kn?b co>k! Hell will freeze over before I would accept 50p for either Solg or Alpala! My absolute minimum would be £1 and in truth I would feel cheated! Personally hoping for £2+ and if all the stars align with Rio becoming a huge new find then we could be talking £3+ which I would be quite happy to take. Would also add that I’m not adverse to taking Solg all the way to production as we may have more than one mine churning the shiny stuff out in the next 3 to 5 years which should see our SP comfortably above £5. Exciting times ahead for Solgers so hold onto those Golden Tickets and whatever you do don’t sell them for less than £1 and certainly not for 50p which would be daylight robbery!

KB - The bit of this which I find most interesting is this line:-
“If any party fails to fund it's proportionate share when due it's equity in ENSA shall be diluted down by way of transfer to the other party. “
Could this explain why CGP are so peeved with NM as most of the value of Solg is attributable to ENSA therefore if the SP stays low then CGP will have to transfer more of their holding in ENSA to help pay their share of development costs whereas is the SP was higher it would actually help CGP? Maybe this is why NM isn’t going full throttle to prove up regionals as it might muddy the waters as to what value is attributable to ENSA? Just some musings which might and probably is a load of b—)))is!

M365 - Don’t disagree with you. My post was directed at TBTT and the hypocrisy of what he was saying given his previous support for CGP. Like you rightly say get your own house in order before casting aspersions!
