You could always refer to the complete audited company accounts when they are published. We know the company have enough cash to last well beyond that date. Maybe you should shove it in your diary Handy,I doubt there's much else filling it up....

Would you care to back that up with evidence? I don't subscribe to this POV, but I can be persuaded if it was based on more than mere opinion? Have you seen official company forecasting that shows this to be the case? I haven't . Maybe I've missed something?

Isn't the IP part-owned by the UoS though Aether? If so, I would view that as a (welcome) deterrent to any silly business.

Thanks Wigster for posting. So nothing in this last report gives me reason for concern, and I do not see that they have deviated from the wish list as it was then. I therefore fail to understand how cash would have dwindled to already low levels or be at risk of doing so anytime soon. Maybe someone amongst the fevered worried could enlighten us further and back up their statements with evidence?

There's a lot of twaddle being put out about costs, and I don't mean our mega investor MrC. I would respect an Audtors statement on the remaining cash runway and projections to YE and beyond based on actual run rate, but I would not take much notice of guesswork here of likely cash burn. We can guess, but we can also be spectacularly wrong. If you have evidence of how empty or full the bank account is, or will be by x date, please do share. I find it hard to believe that the someone as esteemed in industry circles as Dr. Flic Gabbay, founder of Transcrip with over 4 decades of drug development behind her, would have wandered aimlessly onto the Board of a company with NO future, or no prudent financial caretaking. I look forward to the next AGM, and company progress updates before that.

Prion25, to your point about the Ashfield partnership, that could easily remain in place, over years, it's not uncommon. I assume Ashfield paid fees on successful hiring only, that's typically ow it works. In the meantime, it doesn't matter to them whether hiring is on hold or not with a client, they service hiring requests as and when they are needed to. Maybe we have a recruiter here who can confirm, but that's my understanding.

XV, that is interesting. I don't think MABs are administered via an IV other than in the arm (?), but someone more medically trained than I can correct me here on that. I have a friend that was suffering fairly horrendous nerve damage down one side of her body following a very nasty dose of Covid in the early days (2020) in London. She returned to her home country (Romanaia) for treatment as post-infection treatment options were non-existent here (other than CBT and painkillers which proved as useless as a wet rag). She was given x-rays and a battery of tests and was treated successfully with a combo of Dexa and some other drug, the name of which she couldn't remember. It seems treatment and options does vary between countries.

A JV trial would be more expeditious. And control would rest largely between 2 entities, not dictated by a vast government machine. With all due respect Doc83, they are not "down heavily like most of us", nothing near the 90% wipeout most here have experienced. What makes you think that might be the case? SNG makes up a small part of their investment pie, you will see this in their annual report. They are a hedge fund. They are not in the business of making continued losses. They have sophisticated methods (compared to us PI's) of counteracting falling SPs. Looking at the spread of investments they have, I would say they are fairly de-risked here. We also know that they are in the business of high-conviction trades with significant upside potential. They will be looking well beyond the SP as it stands today, IMHO.

I don't think Polygon's average will be anywhere near £1 by now, much lower is my estimation based on the past year of trading. They have vastly superior trading instruments and strategies at their disposal, and budget allocations that would make the average PI here weep. Long, short and everything in between. As for who remains invested, there is a list of significant shareholders on the company website, although I'm not sure when it was last updated.

When I read the titbit you ferried from Fantasy Forum to here TP, it did raise a deeply furrowed eyebrow? I know Signature Aviation well. RM doesn't have to trek to Luton to get a private jet to Florida, he can choose a nearer location? It would also be highly highly unusual for RM to use SA for PERSONAL travel unless he is in the $50m PA personal wealth bracket, which according to public records we know he is not? There are a lot of more frankly believable and compelling reasons RM would use Signature to fly to Florida , e.g. flight paid for by a US corp and we have dealings with quite a few based in Florida -> J&J, Sanofi, AZ, Parexel, IQVIA? Or maybe Rick (Bright) or another US contact invited RM to holiday with him and the fam and offered a private jet for the journey? Certainly not unusual practice? There are any number of legitimate reasons why RM could be in Florida, if indeed he is!? If your source has substantive evidence to back up his RM is in Florida I'd like to see it? I wouldn't believe a vague post by a one post wonder from Fantasy Forum though. In the name of balance, best to consider all possible options don't you think?

A very touching and thoughtful story Doc.Daneeka this end of year. Family and friends are all that mater really. I hope for a speedy recovery for your parents. I have no doubt that what we have learned as laymen here during the past 3 years will continue to inform our lives, in some small way, even though our friends in the outside world have moved on long ago.
