"I think Ghia means we were close to the last few buyers at a certain price/point on the order book and were very close to having the SP fall quite significantly"

I'm glad you mentioned the other UoS spin-out company TopMD, Brand. Ghia mentioned they attended the Synairgen AGM and I assume it wasn't to nibble the canapes and quaff the beverages. As they say themselves, they " develop biomarkers for pharma companies to improve the chances of passing drug trials". Both of these facts are interesting in my mind.

It's interesting that none of the Senior people have opted to jump ship, to throw their hats in, to cash in their chips and exit the establishment since P3. I don't think so Aether. Hiring for the UofS clinical trials would be done by the University of Southampton. There are a number of open positions relating to UoS trial functions under the University of Southampton banner online, if you google them they will come up. This role has not been advertised by the University, which it should be if it is related to Prof Wilkinson's NHS research I'd thnk?

" it seemed minimised by the non-treatment issue". If you go back and look at the endpoints of the UNIVERSAL trial, it makes absolute sense. There's still valuable data in an observational study. Think of it as a prelude. It's a valuable pre-cursor. Look at the data they will be collecting. It all feeds into a bigger picture IMO. I don't think anything has been planned in isolation, again my view.
