So we now own a producing mine that will very shortly be chucking off cash, and is properly financed to improve its process and make the most of the excellent quality resource available. And the stuff it makes is in demand for every aspect of the electrification of the globe.
Looks very good now.

I lightened up a bit couple of weeks ago because I got a bit nervous about the finance director, and I didn't understand the stuff about the 3rd party. Obvs now glad I kept 2/3rds...

I understood ACTIV2 P3 to be SNG001 against the other thing (whose name currently escapes me owing to senility and being too lazy to look back) rather than against placebo. That would suggest that giving placebo would be a waste of subjects.

The touch is just the best Bid and offer - if you don't get the touch your broker is not doing his job. Looking at that price it looks as though they have just lifted the RSP.
It might show as a sell because the system automatically guesses that anything below the screen mid price is a sell, anything above a buy.

The aren't just borrowing voting rights, they're getting access to the upside in the share price, and maybe they think this is a good entry point. I'm not sure it omits any impending corporate action

I'm not sure that a CFD involves any loan of shares, but I think that you can make a deal with your CFD counterparty, who I assume own the stock, that they will vote their stock (that covers the CFD) the way you instruct them.
I have a vague idea that this has caused concern in the past because it allows Holders to gain voting rights and thereforr influence over the company by only paying the margin on the CFDs, rather than the full cash price of the shares

This is categorically untrue

The vast majority of the dealing is done on RSP. What you see on the L2 is no more than a rough guide to the price.
In any case, if one MM is on both the bid and the offer it just shows that he is making a tighter spread than he is required to. That should be welcomed.

I can see that you aren't going to proceed to Phase 3 unless you have demonstrated excellent safety in Phase 2. Otherwise you might kill some of your Phase 3 patients.

What level of efficacy would you have to demonstrate? Does the smaller size of the Phase 2 study make that hard to evaluate anyway? If so, how is it evaluated?
