Because they are obliged to trade at the prices they quote on the exchange they tend to make those as uncommercial as possible, while making the prices they actually want to make on RSP - that’s the price you see when you send down an electronic enquiry via your broker.
Sometimes if they want to send a signal of interest one way or the other they might get a bit more aggressive on the exchange.

Having said that my experience is not on AIM and I don’t see the level 2 so it might not work like that in SNG….!

Bwana, I dont think they need to worry about going over 30% if it’s as a result of the issue of new stock (which it is) and over 50% of remaining shareholders approve (which they will). Then the whitewash waiver in PopeUrbanII’s link will apply.

….and the issue of new shares in this round of funding could also take them over 30% under the whitewash waiver, assuming the remaining shareholders approve it

Yes, the prospectus allows for pretty much anything except a few exclusions

I’m not sure it even does that - I think it might count as an option over over stock and therefore towards their holding for the purposes of the 30% calc.

I wasn’t in corporate finance so I might be wrong. Worth checking.

HZM are doing the necessary technical groundwork to prepare for an issue of some kind of securities.

I agree with CleverThoughts on this one…I don’t think a convertible would get round the 30% issue
