Let's be clear. Polygon want to be long of SNG. They won't fanny around trying to maniulate the market and selling g stock to buy it back cheaper.
They ate professionals not lovers.

Somebody showed a statement showing a long in a Convertible and a short in the equity. That's probably a convertible arbitrage.
There is zero evidence that Polygon are selling stock in order to buy it back cheaper

The L2 doesn't really give you a picture of what is going on because all the real pricing happens on RSP. It was interesting to see the MMs get off the 8.5 offer though, which suggests that perhaps at least one seller might have dried up a bit.
