I think that TBs operational skills and experience are comfortably up to the challenge of making a success of this.
I think that the outlook for Cu is such that it would take somebody even more incompetent than Eason Chen to terminally mess up the finance - the mine will be v. profitable once we can sell Cu at current rates, and lenders will be happy to back it

I did reduce by 1/3 a couple of weeks ago in dismay at the talk talk/walk walk mismatch but it feels pretty well supported now even in the absence (so far) of good finance news

Similarly, the expression "the exception that proves the rule" means the exception that tests, or challenges, the rule. it doesn't mean that an exception to a rule proves that a rule is true.
