The share price says very little about the health of the company, but reflects market market sentiment towards the company. In illiquid AIM stocks that sentiment often drives the share price higher or lower than a reasonable value, but it’s a poor indicator of a company’s performance.

Death spiral CBs convert to a fixed VALUE of stock, rather than a fixed number of shares. This tends to lead to exponential increases in shares in issue.

I don’t think it’s a matter of being unwilling to sign off, more that they are sometimes quite slow moving

Yes funding has been dragged out but the major pieces are in place - cornerstone equity investor lined up, banking syndicate have completed due diligence and await sign off from credit committee. Company still confident that finance will land within Q3. The funding is well under control. It’s not like it’s dragging on with no progress.

Yes but in the event of default I think they only get paid out to the extent of the debt from the company’s assets
