I really think speculating that the financing arrangement is going to go tits up is a complete dead end. The company may have some hurdles to surmount in the coming months, mostly operational, but this isn't going to be one of them

Polar's 7.9% is less than the 10% threshold to count as non-public, so they aren't included in the 12.2% which is directors + Polygon's >10%

If JohnBWatson's googled definition is correct, 12.2% would be right - 2.2% with directors, 10% with Polygon ?

Not sure what there is to panic about. I think that the sellers we see are driven by motives other than panic.
