if there is a large order being filled, only one of the market makers will have it.

I dont see the connection between the consultation and the lack of an opportunity to buy at 15p?

How would that work? Are y ou suggesting that ALL the market makers are holding the price down, in spite of natural buying, in order to fill a big buy order? Or is it something else?
