As i have said before. Its perfectly legit to derisk and buy in at 15p+ in fact its arguably a very sensible play..sure the returns might be half but no sleepless nights. As per the FCA as you point out, the key principle is to act proportionally. If we were dishing out mega compensation per client i d be thinking the fine would match the crime but the formula for claims is not extreme and neither will the fine. They don t exist to put firms out of business. The key will be the guidance and whether the guarantor market is viable. Operationally if you need 2 guarantors and the affordability checks are so extreme then maybe that makes the product unviable. After all arguably no credit is affordable which is why we borrow in the first place. This is such an unlikely place for the FCA to land as there would be the upper tribunal involved in a lengthy and embarrassing and costly case where the FCA have better things to do. It wont happen.

All the negativity is priced in and then some. We know this from looking at the NAV and knowing sentiment has done the rest. Had you done proper research you d have ignored the noise instead of being shaken out like a class muppet. Its guys like you we want to get shaken out so that its just LT investors left and a shortage of stock for when the announcements come thick and fast over the next 6 months. If you want a stock with a clear narrative then why did you ever achhhh i ll save my breath.

As I'm pretty much "all in" gibbo....barring a few months of living and my bounceback loan...never easy to get the timing exactly right with these things..can last until the summer without cashing in and have a target of 50p. happy with 10p - better than most and not looking to trade.

Done my best trying to time it and you never get it exactly right usually, so ...I'll just have extra patience and make a bit less than the 6p brigade:-)) I'm looking for 50p as my target and reckon I can wait out until summer.

Am further back in the queue at 10p:-)..for me to put more in would be a but psycho as I d be toast anyway if this went south!:-)...If there is another round of bad news which sees us to 5-6p I could scrape together another 20-30K but think I'm as well off to just let this ride. 10p is still a good entry point.

I wouldntike to guess. Lending and a new facility and in fact different sources of borrowing are paramount along with all the other critical issues. What i like about this stock is that the layman can see a way through the mess and it really is a big one. But prudent and careful lending for 2 quarters and then slowly building up is the way to go here so it ll be this time next year when the numbers of loans starts to become visible. I d bank on 50p. I m in at 10 and don t know any other stock offering 500%. Stuff can go wrong of course and still a leap of faith here but we may come off life support soon. The organ transplants today look good. The previous Donor GC wasn t compatible but hopefully the Amigo body won t reject the new ones too soon-))

Trouble is mark is actually right but timing is off. And thats why you invest and don t gamble and trade. Losers game in the end. Everything said a out this stock is right but the timing is way off. This will take a full year to seed a stable recovery and it will be choppy. If it goes back to 5p so be it. If it goes nuts for a few days and makes 16p then so be it. All an utter yawn as the fun is in 12-18months when you look back as a multi bagger. No offence but many of you will be on here moaning about how you sold and made some but wish you d held blah blah

Ah soo weez iz back then-)..nice appointments..the COO is ex Payzone and Secure Trust so is a known man to Gary which I guess is a good thing. Still got my 1.21m at 10p exact so not trading in and out for bucks here...will just let this roll and still think 30p by spring will be a cert by which time lending will be happening and the new CFO can start to engage the city on the numbers, project stability, talk to all the buyers who will want to offer us 70-80p ++ etc..the journey is bumpy and jelz of anyone it at 6-7p...that said there wont be any in at that level with more than 5 figures if that i suspect.
