Jam - I know three different guys who are investors across various mining outfits and all of them independently know of CMRS but aren't invested. Its on their watchlist and they are following but are waiting to see how it shapes up. I'm sure this is reflecting general sentiment - after all lots of potential upside and no real rush. SP will do its own thing until more data lands, then you'll find a different type of investor arriving (not traders and speculators but more LTHs and (fewer clowns represented by lots of green writing on my end) )

Enormous volume today with at least 2K of shares traded. Looks like there s no copper here after all. Sell everything.

The positive is it replaces the old convertible structure and gives the company fresh runway.

The catch is the equity overhang is now very real, between the ATM reliance and a very large warrant package, plus meaningful monthly repayments.

So the next phase is simple. The production and cash receipts story now needs to land, quickly and repeatably, and start to outweigh the dilution narrative.

For me the only thing that matters now is evidence - First sales, cash in, then a steady rhythm not a financing vehicle with a mining narrative attached!!!

Did anyone take my advice 12 months ago and look at Lornas track record? As a geologist she built a track record of exciting discoveries, mass dilutions and eventually no commercial success. Still at the same game. GLA you'll need it. HE1 already has an MCAP of 57 million and produces zero! Enjoy the ride.

I'd sit on the gold and wait for a better price and also give the team the chance to post a decent number. I have a credit facility in place and there is no rush to post 1 months worth of mining output. I'd personally wait and aggregate some numbers. Cheaper to transport and monetise as well surely in bulk?? What would you do?

What i care about is revenue and drilling results. at some point that narrative will take over from the dilutions or it won't. In my view its the MCAP that counts which is at 4m. that is nothing. Clearly any punter would see dilution as a good thing provided the money creates exponential benefit. At 4M there is a decent chance I'd say. Now go and clean your grooves out ready for the next shank dear boy.

Must be a good 6 months since I was reading this board. Largely owing to the inane and consistent horsesh7t from EC. And voila. Still posting reams of the same cr8p. Even 12 months ago you were advising everyone to load up and that there's be an RNS today tomorrow, later in the week, next week, this month, next month, news is going to land and it ll be massive. Well EC I'm embarrassed for you. If i shout heads and tails lands 6 times in a row, the seventh time is heads and I declare..told you so...it would make me a bit of a tit wouldn't it!

Interesting background the two new Directors have - Experience in real estate development and civil litigation; advisory committee member at St. Michael’s Federal Credit Union. Decades of experience in commercial and residential construction, mechanical and machine assembly, retrofitting, large-scale construction operations, and project oversight. - - Cannot possibly think why Construction backgrounds, and mechanical assembly and project management would be useful at all!! Unless maybe you're looking to construct some major technical building. I don't know like maybe a Plant of some sort. Oh hang on!!.....;-)

This will land Q3 and see a good jump up - what will really accelerate the SP is the shallow, low cost nature of the mine. its going to be an organic, slow build out and I would expect 2027 to be about momentum. I don't think this SP will really take off beyond 6-8p until late next year or into 2028. 2027 will see SP consolidation with a large exercising of warrants at 4.5p and dilution needed to build out some of the ops. Mgt will keep a reasonable lid on it and organically build, but this isn't a jam next month scenario. However, i think mid-term holders over next 2-3 years will be richly rewarded. If you can't make 10X from here then something went wrong!

If the NTVO team can start to deliver and prove that they can operationalise narrow vein targeted mining without ops costs spiralling then this will really start to motor and do a few X over the next year. Gold likely to climb but if for whatever reason it didn't then the economics would become challenging. My hope regardless of GP price, is that they can get the stuff out in a controlled and efficient way. This is the test for a different kind of investor to start joining the party and taking us on a ride.

Hi PS - I can t predict the future but the intention is to start small and scale organically - i therefore think the SP will reflect this. Not sure how long a 60% buy in will take for the CMRS share of A.M. but 2028 will be cooking by then. People will be surprised how this rerates on evidence of scale up.

fergal - the grades they have hit are in notoriously hard to mine narrow veins that operationally are a *****. the company needs to prove they can get the stuff out without spiralling costs and too much dilution. the market is basically saying "show us" and until then the sp will slide and there may well be yet more dilution around the corner. i think to say oooh whoopdedoo look at the grades is very churlish and shows you're not thinking straight. this is high risk and possibly high reward depending on when you bought in.

The market is right to absolutely punish the financial model here. NTVO has to prove it can keep a lid on dilutions and actually operationalise consistently and hit numbers - there is a massive damicles finance sword hanging over all investors heads and so far just delays, If they start to actually produce against the promise then it'll turn a corner but it will have to impress enough so that investors ignore the financing. I think this will be a good 12 months to turn a corner properly.
