Its just that we seem to have more interest in NXP001 than we do in our lead products at the moment. Maybe it's because it is further along the pipeline.

Haven't heard anything for NXP004 really since they said they were applying for another patent last year.

I think most of us here were under the impression that CINV was not included in the oncology license when Blackwell announced it. Even the ex-brokers appeared to be under the same impression in the note that came out last year just before the deal was signed:

"NFX has a number of other options for the programme (*NXP001*) over and above CINV which are currently being evaluated under it's agreement signed in September 2020 with the private company Oxilio, which has an option to license NXP001 for the development in oncology, rather than in oncology supportive care".

That sounded to me like it was separate from the original oncology license agreement. It sounded like they might have been evaluating it, maybe to extend the deal. If it was added last minute then why did the terms not appear to change to reflect that?

I suppose it's a good job for them that it did. If Mars is right about oncology being less of an option now then they'd be in a bit of a pickle without it.

No Mars, I think Oxilio bagged a license for both.

So if Oxilio oncology gets taken out at $5bn then what do we get...?

I'm saying that when your CEO gives 6 months notice you have plenty of time to start the ball rolling. You should at least know how important it is to get the data package completed on time if it will hold up the process.

There always seems to be an excuse for not having anything to show.

It's 3 months since the last CEO left Soup. They should have had this wrapped up by now.

I suspect the reason why they don't have a CEO yet (and have taken DG on instead of recruiting a BD director) is more to do with the fact that they don't yet seem have the full data package in.

The delay is unacceptable. I no longer believe that the board didn't know it would be this late when they first said "early January".

Need the BS to end and for things to start happening.

It's a shame we don't see articles like that in the UK press, considering a UK company can offer an inhaled version. You'd think our new PR people would be all over that by now.

You only said what most of us are hoping for Older, it's just that we're no strangers to disappointment either.

There is no indication in the RNS that DG has been taken on to liase with any party that he was previously in contact with before he left.

Although we hope that he was taken on for that exact reason, we shouldn't jump to conclusions until we know exactly who he is talking to. We don't know if he was approached specifically for his previous contacts or for some other reason.

PS. Does anyone out there (nudge, nudge, wink wink) know if the "alleged" UBS position has changed in anyway over the last couple of days?

Most of my portfolio is a sea of blue today, presumably because things aren't going too well for Putin. However, NFX has stayed put. Very frustrating!

I had high hopes for AR after his early interviews but nothing seems to be changing for long term holders, it's all just blather so far.

If you have evidence that the big boys are loading up on the cheap then the world should know. They've had far too much opportunity to do that at our expense already. I'd say it's high time they paid a fair price for their shares.

If it was about packaging a strategy then wouldn't it have made sense to hold back the news about DG as well?

Why did they not announce the receipt of the durability report to justify DG's appointment? It makes no sense not to, if you have them.

There might be some large shareholders joining them soon though.

Unless I'm very much mistaken, we are fast approaching the end of the 3rd month since tranche 1 was issued and the start of the Lanstead payments are due to begin very soon. Points to note:

1. SP is now at an all time low so we're going to get punished on the initial payments.
2. Lanstead may want to start off-loading themselves, so more selling.
3. The bigger 88m tranche is due to be issued in April so further dilution to an already battered shareprice.

When are they going to give us something tangible? Where are the durability results?
