If this data is so unimportant as to not warrant an RNS then why release an RNS for any of it at all.

Shareholders have every right to question why this BoD never seems to keep its word.

What good reason would there be to tell shareholders that data is expected in early 2022, receive good data and then keep it quiet?

Given the horrendous price we find ourselves at, how could that possibly be in the best interest of shareholders?

It seems Dr Gooding can't keep busy enough. He's just been officially appointed as a director at Trx Biosciences

It amazes me how these people find the time to do all these jobs and build IP through their own companies too. I struggle to hold down one full time job!

You may remember that according to Oxilio he recently sold his consulting company LSHS (which he set up about 4 months after leaving Nuformix) to them for a chunk of shares. They apparently bought it for the IP it holds in relation to OXL001. Whatever that may be.

I wonder how he's doing in his BDD role?

We should at least be hoping for an update on our "early 2022" down-to-the-wire-as-usual durability data before then, shouldn't we?

Maybe they simply don't know about it. We have no idea who is being contacted by our new Business Development consultant

I kind of agree with what you say B009.

It's either really good and they're waiting for fruit to fall from the big trees or its really bad and they're either treading water or helping minnows to gain meaningless licenses to our IP.

Problem is, our track record is dreadful.

I don't trust Gooding either. Not after he bagged himself a load of Oxilio shares following the OXL001 deal. A deal which leaves their upside uncapped but ours capped at a paltry £2m. If they succeed and enter a market worth hundreds of millions for NXP001 we will get very little, but Oxilio could do vert well (and Gooding too).

Time will tell how this plays out. I've pretty much given up now though

He appears to have done very little so far and I'm sure we'll all be less than impressed if the best he comes up with is another secretive OXL001 type deal with a minnow that appears to offer little value to NFX shareholders

I know it's not our thing anymore and it doesn't relate to Ebers but there was an article in the mail this morning about another company which has suffered a recent setback to a planned trial due to "ethical objections" over the potential softening of laws relating to cannabis use:

Apparently, the trial was to evaluate the effects that vaping whole-flower cannabis had on chronic pain in 100 patients.

Director of LVL Heath - a trading name of Harley Street (CPC) Limited - Gregory Stoloff, is reported by the article to have defended the trial on grounds that it was expected to yield high quality results.

Gregory Stoloff is also listed as an ex-director at TRx Biosciences and some of the current directors at TRx are or have been associated with Harvey Street (CPC) Limited.
They are also directors at Biocopea.

I'd be happy if they just completed the data package that they promised. However, the questions are starting to stack up:

Where is the durability data?
What exactly is our new business development consultant up to and who is he consulting with?
Have AZ even been contacted yet?
Where is the new CEO?
