I wonder what the Intellectual Property Assets are that Oxilio has acquired through LSHS that are relevant to the OXL001 programme?

He's also a director and co-founder of Trx Biosciences.

Interesting reading. LSHS was incorporated in October 2020, shortly after DG left Nuformix.

Looks like Oxilio initiated the licensing discussions for NXP001 through DG. DG also hooked up Oxilio with Trx Biosciences, according to the pdf on the website.

The acquisition is a share-based transaction, so I presume DG now has shares in Oxilio too.

That's one way to get around the £2m market cap on royalties, I suppose.

They have just announced the purchase of a company called LSHS on their website News page

Not sure I can concur there Filter. The Titanic probably saw fewer rats jump ship than we've had board members resign. So our track record isn't great.

They said they were going to hire a BDD and didn't, so I'm not entirely convinced that they're even looking for a CEO at this point. DG's appointment as a business development consultant has muddied the water considerably for me. I don't really know what their intentions are now.

Would love to be proved wrong Filter but I won't believe anything they say now until I actually see it.

I would love to agree Filter but where is the evidence that we are any nearer to having a CEO or have progressed any further towards phase 1 readiness for NXP002 since December.

Where are the durability results?

Well if that's the case then so were we.

How can you say that NFX would never be able to offer her the kind of money she's been looking for when we have two massive blockbusters waiting to hit the big time?

You'd have thought 10k a month would be enough to get yourself some decent skin in the game at these wonderful prices..She could have reaped the same wonderful rewards that we're all going to get when that data package is finally completed.

As I've said before, I thought it was of concern that Brindley didn't want to stay, especially given her past association with the product (which has now been confirmed)

The company really need to chase up the completion of the NXP002 data package that Brindley promised. We also want to know what progress DG is actually making.

It's beginning to feel like the only time we get news is when they have to play an embarrassing game of catchup because SoupDragon beat them to it.

I only post on the downside because I believe appaulling management has been responsible for holding this company back. I believe in the products. If that changed then you would probably see a very upsidey FX instead....that could be even more annoying :0)

As for the fake derampers, they are easy to spot and shouldn't be worried about. As some have already said here, it might actually be a good sign.

It's always very sad to hear when diseases like this tear people away from their loved ones. It's one of the reasons why I put my money in pharmas and biotechs.

It all depends on what you want your PR company to achieve, I suppose.

If you what you seek is for them to be very, very, very discreet then they're absolutely outstanding!!

They should leave it to the real masters of NFX value destruction. The strategy of missing deadlines and revealing nothing is far more effective!

Now, I'm not one to wallow in other people's misfortune but, if you're stupid enough to short NFX at sub 1p at this then you've kind of got it coming.

So, 4Magnus, are you saying that NXP004 is redundant?

Probably comparable to ? de-ramping then?

I mean, who needs de-rampers when you have a BoD that is perfectly capable of keeping the price at rock-bottom with sparse news releases and shrouded deal-making?

The real question is who wants to keep the price down and why?
