There is no reason to not announce something positive on the back of this patent release to let the world know we are here. It can still be respectfully done but I'm afraid that after the joke Oxilio deal, I'm no longer in favour of the BoD's silence. It does more good for the licensee than it does for shareholders.

Surely there now has to be a finite amount of time before they have to reveal if there is any interest or not and it should be a matter of days/weeks at most....not months!

Likewise, DG has been appointed as BD consultant for 3 weeks now. How long before a progress update? Surely some phone calls have been made. Has anyone been approached?

I'm really struggling to understand why, 3 months after apparently receiving the data which would free us to file further patents and approach the originator, we still have no idea what the original drug is.

Is 4 months not enough to establish whether or not the originator is interested? Why no news on progress? If they're not interested then why not reveal it to the rest of the world so that others can take an interest?

Do we actually have something with NXP004 or is it just smoke and mirrors?

Wasn't that another one of DG's babies just before he left? I don't think it was linked to any of our product pipe-line, just an agreement to see if they could develop new patentable co-crystals for AV-101. Obviously things didn't pan out but worth a try, I suppose.

Speaking of DG, I wonder if he's currently immersed in a Rosetta Stone Japanese course? He's gonna need it if he's going to breath life into the legendary Asian deal we're all still dreaming about. Perhaps a short course on necromancy might help as well.
