This is death by a thousand cuts.

Its approaching a month since Riddell vanished and still no update on how they plan to manage it going forward.

It seems that there is no desire amongst our highly regarded ex-director major shareholders to step up to the plate. No saviour appears to be in the offing there.

You'd be forgiven for thinking they'd be willing to drop everything to take on these 2 'blockbusters' that the company has been pushing to investors since 2019?

I wonder if they stand to lose like we do if it gets delisted and taken out privately or will they, by some twist of fate, still end up being involved in taking these products forward if the public shareholders are all pushed out?

I wonder what happens to our IP, if the company gets delisted or goes into administration?

We'll soon see if it's the product or not.

If someone does make a cheap bid now the price is dirt cheap and executive management have all flitted , then it's not the product.

Or he could give up his directorship at Trx and come back to fulfill the dream that he sold to us all back in 2019.

If he was 'pushed then whoever pushed him has long since gone.

It's saddening to think that Nuformix investors still regard that outcome as a good one.

The value of this company is in the dirt, if one of our 'partners' was to come forward at this point and offer to 'save' us then it is because they know it is worth far more.

My only prayer is that, if that is what they are planning, then someone bigger and badder is waiting in the shadows to make things really difficult for them.

You don't think there is some possibility that they could be considering a Nuformix buyout, do you?

Wasn't there a big sell trade for about 9m shares on one of those dates? I can't remember if it was the day of the first or second RNS but it was notable by its size.

I hear what you say Soup but why would major shareholders who are ex directors not step into the breach, even temporarily, to stem this uncertainty as soon as possible?

Why would you risk causing more chaos in an already devastated boardroom, putting the company at further risk of being delisted?

What happens then? Liquidation? (who gets the assets)? Or a private takeover? If someone wants to take this private then surely it's because there is enormous value to be realised (why else would you bother taking the risk after watching it collapse into the dirt over the last few years)

What shareholder here wants to see that?

I agree that, in light of the 2nd RNS, the first one was utterly disgraceful.

To make out that the only issue is the fluffing of the tests by the CRO and suggest that it amounts to nothing more than another delay (for which we are apparently still funded) is shocking given that they didn't also announce that AR was leaving with immediate effect at the same time.

I wonder how many people bought in after that thinking things were still on track?

That said, AR is not the only one who should carry the can here (although he has done enormous damage by walking away immediately). We've watched a stream of directors slither away since the start of 2020. Is it even possible for all this to be just a coincidence? Why would they all leave given we had 2 potential blockbusters?

Also, what kind of contracts of employment are these people drawing up for themselves that allows them to walk away either immediately or with just a few weeks notice? How well protected is the company's IP by these contracts?

We also saw an auditor walk away with no real explanation during this period. Why?

We should all be watching very carefully what happens next.

There's always the FCA, Jiving, if it goes south!

We've been constantly drip fed encouraging news about these products yet no fanfares are ever sounded and the revolving door on that boardroom keeps spinning.

Surely any rights to NXP001, 002 or 004 IP should belong to Nuformix alone?

Dan is an external consultant being paid for business development. He is no longer an employee or a director of Nuformix. He has not returned to his previous driving role as CEO

Where is the evidence that he was ousted?

If it is true, then whoever did it has gone now, so why has he not come back?

I couldn't agree more. Posters here have a habit of directing blame at those who ask questions or post views that they don't want to hear. They might get further if they challenged those to whom they have entrusted their money.

On Monday, we were told by the BoD that:

"The Company has previously demonstrated the enhanced performance of NXP004 compared to olaparib's free form. Subsequently, additional pre-formulation studies have been completed confirming the superiority of the Company's recently patented cocrystal forms"

Superior? That's better than blockbuster, right? Surely that's got to be a potential goldmine? Who would believe that we would find ourselves without an executive officer or replacement just the very next day!

Of course, it would be great to see published results from the CRO to back these claims about NXP004 up. It would also be great to get confirmation on whether or not AZ have been approached yet. Surely, at least, that would clear the way for potential investors who may have doubts that these statements may be in any way overly optimistic?

Assuming everything is as it seems, any ex-director who has intimate knowledge of the business and has worked tirelessly to get deals struck after leaving service must be strongly considering taking the lead here. For someone with a large holding and so many options in the balance you might be forgiven for thinking that it could actually be the job of their dreams, especially if there is clear and unquestionable blockbuster potential.

Remember AB made a decision to leave us to chase her dreams so it must be hard to resist! If you were in a position where you could make a sudden and signifacant difference why would you leave it to chance or allow any else the opportunity to take control?

Who 'pushed' him exactly? Joanne? An NED with no shares?

If it is true then whoever it was is now long gone, so nothing to stop him coming back.
