It's an old article going back to the startup of therapeutAix about 3-4 years ago. Three of the people involved have links to AZ and Merck. Bob Humphries was VP of inhaled product at AZ for a time.

You never know Soup, they might inadvertently catch the eye of someone influential in that arena who might just know a guy who knows a guy, so to speak.

I don't think Lanstead really care so long as they're making money. They are not akin to a real large investor who has bought shares and has something to lose. We don't have any of those. Even DG and JH will lose nothing if it goes bump or gets taken out at rock bottom as (AFAIK) they didn't buy their shares. DG appears to have hedged his bets elsewhere with his Oxilio holding, just in case nothing else comes off except CINV.

We need real interest from an independent large investor. You would hope this kind of event would give exposure to them...but I'm not so sure given how things have been run since DG left in 2020

It was in their control to agree/disagree to sign a deal which, judging by the this valuation, appears to have sold most genuine shareholders short.

We are in a better position so long as:

1) There are no more deals struck which benefit partners more than they do our own shareholders. Questions should be asked about why a partner who's entire portfolio is based on our IP is valued at such a high price when we are worth nothing? How did that happen?

2) We don't end up being sold off to a cheap bid.

If NXP002 and NXP004 are really what they have been touted to be then we should only be looking to strike deals with big players.
