Well I believe something has changed but I don’t know what!

I have been reading past posts from Estura, who I believe knows more than he/she is prepared to divulge. Reference for example to a meeting with Myles for the week commencing 26 February. Estura was one of the small group to meet up with Al, some time ago.

We don’t know what is being planned but I think by Monday or Tuesday we will. Some form of short term pain for longer term gain?

We’re not boosters. Don’t worry about funding. I’m relaxed.

These sorts of comments don’t fit with an upcoming cheap placing. It would be a total betrayal by the company.

We need to know what is happening. An RNS is urgently needed.

I know this subject was discussed earlier this morning. We do not know if Avacta are taking part.

We do know the trial is ongoing and each day adds more information to the data base. We haven’t had any bad news, simply an absence of news. The company has told us they are “getting on with it”.

I believe the company want to give major news in the most impactful way possible - where better than AACR. It only comes up once a year!

We have had many very positive RNS’s. We are in a news vacuum at the moment and it simply feeds the fudsters agenda, sniping on the chat boards and feelings of frustration.

We await news, hopefully soon. Reading through past announcements and seeing what the company is achieving keeps my spirits up. We do need an RNS with some real meat on the bones.

Aim higher. Why do you state no revenue? Are you aware of milestone payments plus revenue from Launch Diagnostics and Coris?

We are in a news vacuum. However, if we believe in the tech and we believe the trial is still progressing well ( even if a bit slower than hoped) then it is almost certain, in my view, big Pharma will be watching very closely.

The more we progress, the greater the value becomes. If somebody was wanting to licence out or even take over the company it becomes a matter of when to act. If they wait until it is an absolute certainty then the price will be sky high and there will be a bidding war as others will want in. Timing is key. Jump too soon and possibly regret it or jump too late and definitely regret it!

So my answer, for what it’s worth, is that it is unlikely nothing will happen until mid year. A very positive update COULD happen soon and the current price would look like the bargain of a lifetime.

Time will tell, in the meantime I’m sitting on my hands and hopefully will multitask by watching a bit of rugby at the same time!

5/9/2022 The FDA granted Orphan Drug Designation for AVA6000, for treatment of soft tissue sarcoma.

The trial started 30 months ago, it was designed to be data rich.

The FDA are clearly very pro-active and we have all seen the switch of emphasis towards the USA.

So 30 months of data for AVA600 and 50 or so years of experience of how Doxorubicin works.

Recent changes of very senior staff, all very high calibre.

These are all facts. Different people clearly have different ways of interpreting them.

When the rumours started on Tuesday morning I messaged the company basically expressing my feeling that all shareholders should receive information on an equal basis ie. at the same time.

I have today been emailed by ICR Consilium saying

“ Currently, we are receiving a high volume of questions/enquiries by email so we can’t at present respond individually to each one. Please bear with us and we will reply to your email in more detail in due course.#”

I’m guessing others have or will get a similar response.
