I believe CC was a big influence in adapting the trial strategy. She is very focussed. I also think the two promotional videos have been her idea and I think they have been excellent.

We have been crying out for better communications and she is addressing that.

Change was needed. I believe she will be a breath of fresh air. As for the opening price for the share - that is irrelevant for the long term picture.

AS may recommend an offer of buyout but it will have to be put to a vote of shareholders - we own the company and most certainly are part of the equation.

SoleBoy and WeAreGroot - very interesting posts. I do feel changes are needed and the totally incompetent RNS on Friday was a blunder of monumental proportions. Most of us would have triple checked that before releasing.

The share price seems to have turned a corner and a possible avalanche of news next week could propel us rapidly upwards. Fingers crossed!

Amount to 7,529,825. It sounds a lot. However sales so far today equate to more than one third of that amount - in a single day.

If the new allocation is sold on a regular daily amount over the next 3 months then we are talking very approximately 115, 000 per day. It puts things into perspective.

The trial progresses and I am very optimistic of good results. Boxes need to be ticked and I am happy to wait.

Touk. Not sure if your question has been answered but my recollection is that it was Professor Twelves, at Science Day, who said nurses couldn’t tell if patients had been dosed or not.

I agree. The RNS confirms what we know but without the hype. That is a good thing.

The first phase of the trial is only about safety, evidence of efficacy is an unexpected bonus.

Point clearly interested in what we do. Daewoong clearly making progress with AffyXell where our shareholding is to increase. Christina Coughlin presumably happy to join us. Top American hospitals conducting the trial . Various institutions have bought in and I look forward to finding out who they are.

Uncertainty about the funding has been an ongoing issue. That has now been resolved, admittedly causing upset.

What I hope to see now is positive news flow about the trial and a clear communication strategy - which the Chairman admitted needed improvement at the last presentation.

Confidence needs to return and it is up to the company to restore that.
