What a load of rubbish. That has never been claimed. Do you not realise doxorubicin is just one of approximately 100 different chemo therapies. There are multiple types of cancer. Doxorubicin works on some better than others. The aim of the ava6000 trial was to show doxorubicin could be delivered in a safe way- reducing/ eliminating side effects eg severe heart damage. Ava 6000 was described as “ the pathfinder” to prove up a delivery mechanism.

Our delivery mechanism can be adapted to better deliver a whole host of other chemos, now able to adjust half life as well.

You have stated you have no interest in research and that clearly shows in your thousands of boring, repetitive posts. Despite your lack of knowledge and research you feel comfortable pontificating on the future of this company and it’s science.

If you don’t see a future here it would maybe be better for you to move on.

Avacta has made it clear how much effort they make to build relationships and collaborations in the business. I remember Francis saying how helpful the FDA were in the trial development, aiding rather than hindering progress.

The removal of lifetime dosing and this latest news of the single pivotal trial design illustrate, to me, how keen the FDA are to enable rapid progress.

There is an advertisement feature in this weeks “Moneyweek” stating deal activity is accelerating. It mentions Large Pharma companies face around $500bn of revenue at risk as blockbusters begin to lose exclusivity. Those companies have approx $1 trillion available for acquisitions.

Plenty to spread around. Our science reaching a sweet spot?

I suspect the “ vast majority “ can make up their own minds about Avacta if they bother to read RNS’s and listen to presentations.

What I believe they do not want to listen to are literally thousands of negative posts from somebody who clearly dislikes the company, doesn’t believe in research and gives no praise for management or the scientists working their socks off to try and improve cancer treatment.

For my part I have noted the increasing excitement and confidence from the company and their scientists. They believe they have something special here. We now have sound “money men” and business brains on board. Fundraising has been planned to arrive on time and without excess dilution, raises have been oversubscribed. Again it shows confidence and good management and there is clearly an appetite for the shares.

Avacta have a clear strategy and they are executing that plan. So much in store for the rest of this year.

Wyn, you do realise the previous raise was at 63p? Yet you suggest all the funds could have been raised then- rather than70p now.

Why ask that question Wyn? You recently said there was no point doing research on this company.

Positive the raise was over subscribed and at market price. Director purchases. A lot of things happening over the next 30 days or so, I think.

I see today’s RNS as another stepping stone, safely crossed, on our journey proving up AVA 6000 and the wider platform Avacta is building. Looking forward to the additional data before the end of this month - all as promised by CC some time ago.

Odd to see the drop in share price, given the ratio of buys to sells but I’m more interested in where it will be by the end of this year.

The study continues to enroll patients and further data to be released at BIO International Convention 22-25 June.
