Farm out or not, Options are in place and exerisable once the SP reaches pre=determined levels which escalate each year. Options were granted on the basis pre.deterimed SP had been reached and maintained for a period of 30 days before the excersise date which from memory is in July. The nature of conditions attached to the options should take account and provide the incentive for reward. Any "Bonus" for the Capricorn deal is in my opinion, should not be granted.

You(Chambery) make good points regarding how or otherwise contracts were devised particularly in respect of the flow of information surrounding physical operations. It is not for Shell to advise Deltic shareholders

j1, with respect using evocative words like Bust in a company sense, can and does create fear in the mind of the less experienced investor. Had you just emphasised there being no need to raise funds that would have been a fair comment. Whereas stating in 1 breathe Bust and then later mention, Fund raise,, a reader is likely to be believe there is a problem.

j1 that is pure scaremongering. The reaction to Shell delaying the drill is way over done as experienced Investors know. The probabilty Shell have the rig Contracted, but is tied up on other areas prior to Delt's, hence the delay, has created this rediculous retreat.

Apart from Shell, who seem to be attracting much publicity, we have Cairn(Vedanta) on board who have not allowed the grass to grow under their feet. They may well beat Shell to the Drill.
Talk of Fund raising is very premature, but if the concerns are not answered, PI's should turn out in force at the AGM which I think is towards the end of May.
I too have raised concerns some time ago regarding Swindells Stewardship. Accountants in my opinion rarely make good CEO's, however Mark Lappin should be ensuring the ship keeps steady and on the course we all expect.

Without turnover there can be No Profit. Many of us here are interested in Company profits which can enable PI's to see a return to dividends.

With these promotions, you and other PI's should be concerned. It may be aiding cash flow but what is it doing to margins?
The re-introduction of full rate VAT ( 20%) has also to be absorbed..
