JL agree, we were told weeks ago Shell had con firmed rig availabilty. If that is correct surely Shell are in a position to at least confirm the Rig Company? The percieved increase in activeity in UKNS, could lead to a dirth of Rigs!!!!

RNS...... please do your homework. I3e got into Canada at a time when many Canadian producers were in serious financial trouble and more to the point. Graham Heath's ( CFO of I3e) brother was/is the CEO of one such Canadian entity. It was a reverse takeover recommended by the Canadian board but not liked by some shareholders. They have now seen the value released when I3e took charge as are many I3e PI's, including me.

Hi Forrest, eventually got it done. Wait to see what the allocation is. If oversubscribed that is a good omen and at the 40+% discount must be a reasonable bet. Do'nt think the Europa Holders will be that happy!

Forrest assume you have used PB app? I have an online account and have now set up an account using the QR code. The app account rejects becuase my email address is attached to the online account. Had this problem some weeks ago with PB and was told the glitch was known and was being corrected. It has not and they only respond to emails. Painful

SO took a chunk of placed shares in March 21. His holding at that point was over 12%. He began off-loading in August.
It is surprising that the placing did not come with caveats, i.e. must be held for a prescribed time.
Did the Placing Advisors show due diligence when allotting shares to a Major Investor?

Any spanner will be temporary.
Look at the long term, this company is well ahead of the game. Those of us already in, know it , the rest will catch-on soon.

Energy one way or another will always bee needed.
The market will have partially factored in the probable Russian issue ( reducing gas supplies etc). It is the wider market that will have a knock on effect, manuacturing company's reducing and consequently lower energy requirement. This will knock on to virtually every sector.

Trent thanks, have only ever used the Privilege card for accomodation and not food, so seems the new system will not appeal to me.
Must confess had half expected Shareholder privileges to be removed completely, so for those who eat out often the vouchers will be helpful.

Trent, thanks. Last time the Privilege card was renewed I had to contact Marstons who duly obliged. They did make me aware the Privilege card was being reviewed, but at that time, did not know in what format.

Trent did you make a request? I know those of us who have shares held in trust by Stockbrokers, had to ask for the Privilege Card.
Seems the discount we got on accomodation using the Privilege card has been withdrawn?

Maybe Q4 results will be released the day after Ex div, to offset any percieved drop in SP( which could only be minimal if at all), and will keep forward momentum of SP?

Hi Trent, good too hear you are still holding. At least the SP has recovered somewhat. Not sure when the Div you so liked will return. We must hope the New management are focused more than RF who is now the Chairman of a major Development co.
