Thanks, yes do know how external agencies operate, but must confess comparitors used are often skewed, size of company, turnover, profit, etc and more often than not comparisons with peer groups. Suspicion is a level of back-scratching takes place. Execs who perform well deserve reward on the contary those who do not should be penalised, which rarely happens. During the pandemic many Execs, Shell, included took pay cuts. Did it happen here???
In my opinion any remuneration award in company's where profits are absence and or SP stagnates, should be Deferred until benchmarks are met..
