I have listened to Majid many times and frankly I, as do many members of i3e, believe and trust Graham Heath, who has considerable skin in the game. He has made no secret his entire asset base is i3e.

Look there is agreement regarding Shell, this argument is Nonsense, and completely futile.
We should all be on the same side now both i3e and EOG are to embark( vote provided) on a venture which should benefit all.

The Link " a statement from Majid and Graham Heath, outlined the terms of a Farm in agreement with EOG. There is no mention of Major Oil co's exiting the North Sea as your latest post infers and definately NO mention of Shell.

For your information Shell decided, last December, to withdraw from the Cambo Field, a decision they are currently reviewing and likely to reverse. In addition Shell are about to announce a drill programme in Licence P2252, to commence Q2/3 this year.

Rather than invent and seemingly not accept facts, I suggest you carefully read your own posts having validated information you wish the World to view.

How the hell Brokers and advisors allowed this guy to come in at the placing almost a year ago, without background checks and holding conditions, beggars belief.

It was to be expected, a dramatic rise is always followed by a significant reverse, due mainly to those Traders who have exploited a stock which has lingered at rediculous levels until good news is released. Make no mistake it was good news, very good news even though there are nay sayers here who will just pummel this stock in order to make a buck.
Trader are not loyal to any stock but can create consternation amongst the inexperienced PI's.
The trick for PI's is to smell these Traders out. They tend to be very good wordsmiths, but over time the dialogue changes. Just take note and as always do your own research without influence from anyone.

Holders need to make sure their shares held in trust accounts are NOT being lent by unscrupulous brokers!!

Mike I know the feeling well. I resisted the forces of technology as long as possible, but had to submit, not my norm.

I am not invested here, but having received the PB offer this morning came to the site. I have not researched this business as yet, and confess the offer gives little or no discount. As you say any Investor, existing or otherwise are probaly better to buy in the market and not take up the offer.

Mike, like you I am a bit of a dinosaur. My account with PB with orginally set up online, however PB changed their systems last autumn, requiring account holders to use their app. I managed to do it using my samsung phone.

Have a PB account and it is a requirement to Nominate the Broker who will tecieve the allocated shares.
Details of Broker and account are required when setting up PB account.
If the Offer is Oversubscribed PB will refund the excess funds immediately.

Hi Trent just seen your post. It is puzzle. I have been to Ukraine and know several Business people. They all have a different pronounciation. Some Keeve, some say Keyf. On maps and street signs Kiev is spelt Kyiv which can be confusing when there is a city in the west called Lviv. I am told Keyf is the Russian name. Noticeably the BBC are now calling the capital Keeve. Maybe it is all designed to confuse and that is why the Russian convoy is stuck....they are confused, totally!!

Back to things germane to MARS more particularly CMBC, One of the basic ingredients for brewing, Malting Barley has rocketed in price for immediate delivery and more importantly Forward Contracts. Grain being used now should have been forward purchased last Autumn. There are going to some enormous cost increases for everything. Company's will not be able to absorb and doubtful how Consumers are going to be able to cover.
The Guy just appointed is clearly been brought in to improve margins within the Hospitality side. He will need to be on his metal given current and future constraints on service price delivery.

Remember the placing was arranged before the huge increase in O&G prices, which at the time could it have been forseen?
If it was forseen then as stated the value of the F/I has increased significantly.
Agree there is dilution, but balance it against the potential upside, which at this moment in time could be many X the present SP.
As the drill will be Q3 the outcome is not that far away.

The SP had been lingering below 2p for months until a sudden peak on 28th February, followed by an equally fast fall on placing news. Now the SP is making upwards traction, what is you point?
