(a) This statement is correct. Then why hasn't he? As it is , he's defaulted on his obligations to RTOP and SYME. If he has the ability, that suggests he lacks the willingness.

(b) This statement is incorrect. Then he can't raise funds . He has the willingness, but lacks the ability. SYME (and RTOP) are in a pickle.

Neither scenario looks good, (b) is marginally better.

You'd have to be confident of picking up enough shares for that to be worthwhile, I'd have thought - and the 'free float' can't be that big, surely ?

I'm with you Jiving, I don't want to be an 'enabler', particularly if there were even the slightest chance that I might lose ownership/control of my investment. There's probably lots of fine print to wade through.

That aside, I'm curious /surprised at the (apparent) implication that somebody (1) wants to short ZIOC at this juncture .

Taking out a new short would seem v high risk right now, hence my Q (2) : could this instead be an attempt to cover an existing short in some way ? If so, how ?

I don't like it when something seems 'off' and I can't figure out what's going on.

(1) The tweet from Riyadh was sent within about 20 mins of AT's email to me re AGM Q's .

(2) The curious thing about the IBKR invite was that the projected revenue split for allowing my 3 x shareholdings to be available for shorting (1 unit AA4, 1 unit SRT, 2 units ZIOC) was about 5 % AA4, 5% SRT, 90% ZIOC....in other words, IBKR seems to have people willing to pay over the odds for the ability to short ZIOC...

Or am I reading this the wrong way and it's about the ability to 'bounce ' me out of my shares to cover a potential short squeeze ?

I've never shorted, so don't understand the mechanics.

And what (if anything) would that say about spreadex's unwillingness to go long/short of KP2 ? They can't be 'over-exposed' in both directions (because of net-off?) , so what would the reason be? Or just commercially unattractive ?

The puzzling thing for me is that - if I go check on spreadex - they're open to go long or short on ZIOC, but not trading at all on KP2.

In my naivety, I'd thought spreadex would stop opening upbets on ZIOC, because they might have to come good on them...BIGLY. Unless they ran a square position at all times.

So maybe the 'market' is less confident than I am...or knows more than I do? What do the chartists think?
