Littlened - is there actually binding agreement that if prax exp & prod is sold, the new owners would have to honour DCU?

even the dcu scenario, absolute racket. take our shares from a tax free shelter in an isa so we can claim a loss. then give us ****ty dcu's after giving us our own cash to take our company and then make us pay cgt on dcu when some still had a loss or barely broke even. it's no wonder people invest into crypto, pokémon, gold. anything that the corrupt government, judges, businesses can't inflate, dilute or pillage. only way to get ahead is things off the radar it seems.

what are people's current beliefs....

1) will we see zero and that's it now?

2) will we see what we have been getting?

3) will total deal still happen and we get made whole?

Buying oil from abroad and then worrying about funding Russia and Iran etc when could have been produced by british companies from the north sea etc so we wouldn't need oil price to go down to stik funding said countries and could have used our own/sold surplus, created industry and more jobs. The negligence from government. The fact a few weeks ago parliament was glazing prax and yet this happened. disgusting how this panned out. Where is kever to tell us it's all good.

Well, I can't say I'm surprised. I knew months ago when total deal wasn't completed it was squeaky bum time.

To be honest, the corrupt process of how hurricane was taken from investors with inevitable backhand payments, false dara and a promise of a long term job to Maris was disgusting and at the end it ends as anticipated, investors screwed over via DCUs. We basically gave hurricane away and were paid back with our own cash already held.

So, long and short, for clarity, what now for DCU holders?

Let's wait. I feel the value of the DCUs will be exactly as quoted and although AJ bell probably shouldn't have said so, it will expose Kever. I personally believe that his guess on a purchase was a 50/50 blackjack hand. Let's be fair, he left it open ended with zero time frame and we know about broken clocks. This, I think, is more telling. If this comes back exactly at the figure quoted, I think we can discredit him entirely going forward.

I have said that he has boxed himself in with prax saying it's not 0.7589 whatever it was (CBA to look back for actual number) and that they haven't given a figure. As if it turns out to be the above, then he has confirmed he's trying to game the forum and lie. All his credibility will be in tatters. But until then, it's not worth the back and forth. I think it's surprising he actually said that won't be the correct amount as basically he has laid his cards on the table. In 12 days we will see if he's remotely genuine or not.

I never keep an eye on Forex but have done so more recently as I'm planning to sell my UK holiday lets, kind of forced due to FHL rules changing for the worse in April so deciding to call it a day and as I haven't lived there in 8 years as now live in Antalya it seems to the right time but we wanted to buy another property here in Antalya and also Batumi and Tashkent. Due to these currencies being weak, transactions tend to be done in USD. So this would help the proceeds go further I guess on cashing out the GBP. So selfishly is actually working in my favour for once and suits me at the moment but going forward and for our sake, once all concluded cashing out of GBP, I want this to reverse so we can draw max gains. Ideally oil would move up too! Feed us!

I only held 510,000 shares and just slung them in the freezer draw and stopped looking in bar for the six monthly cash out. Just looking into this, we have had approx 0.00926 so far, am I correct? Will we reach the full 6.52 additional with this purchase? Also, when is the last and final payment date, completely forgotten all the relevant info about this.

Is it likely we will be paid of entirely before we even reach the final payment date with the additional listings?

What was the purchase price of totalenergies acquisition? Could we have not purchased such with Hur income and tax deductibles directly (don't suppose that really matters now.
