Asimple, don't give it that. They do not hold skin in the game. Their holding prior to share splitting (which we know how that shoul viewed as by the judge) that they held merely token distractions. Never invested.

Suddenly, they are interested and tried decided to buy, yet, not under their own names.

The board never ever purchased prior. They do now under pressure to make the deal seem attractive. But not under their own names, but under others, to rally more troops in their favour. However, as per share splitting, they have only harmed theirshelves. I'm actually glad they done this pre court.

Furthermore, why do we even acknowledge kever or broomtree anymore? Its clear their intentions here, to disuade the BB and create a divide with a side of doubt, yet its so transparent.

Because HL simply do not know. As per Drnse receiving numerous replies with differing answers. I haven't received a HMRC on the forum which they're active on nor an email and nor has HUR themselves.

I have sent your above message to HL myself. Gives us an indicator of how much you are trying to mislead as I have a feeling they haven't said that in the slightest because they couldn't even know thr answer themselves yet. Once I get a reply, I'll screenshot that and if anyone else wants me to send them or url it, I can. Then we will know to all ignore kever.
