I must admit, when it comes to HUR, I always expect nothing at this point or the worst case, however, I did expect a small run up after announcement of passing vote. However, still needs court approval and even if we get 3p back, it will only come of the share price, so really, all this is a much of nothing I guess.

True but we can blame the bod for squandered cash, trying to pass the Co to their cronies. Expecting a wink and a hand shake pre approval on further work. Contempt towards share holders. Begrudgingly posting any positive news in a light it deserved. Inactivity toward promotion of the co. Relinquishing licenses. Its endless on this side.

That's what I fear Jfallon, if there was anything good, it would have been leaked for sure and pumped. But maybe the offer price is 9p and maris tomorrow will tell us how he thinks that its a world class offer and we should take it.

How sense said he would be marketing and pushing the company is how any self respecting for the SHs governor would be trying to sell it. I don't even trust Maris the maximise or get the most from potentially flexible buyers. Its just sell, get the minimum to receive his slice and then F off.

I agree somewhat with Simple, however, i live in Turkey and what i earn on this from a rather large holding wouldnt be eaten by energy costs here in Turkey as cost of living is dirt cheap here.

Also, on the other hand, I would glady profit on the misery and demise of others when it comes to Maris and Chaffe. Infact I want that.

What I did expect however... was just like the failed coup of our hurricane, being delivered onto a silver platter to a subsidiary that this disgrace of a bod who have absolutely no care for SH and LTH, this would drag on, never deliver and at a time a sale if/will be agreed, there will be some secret back hand payment off the books to MnC and they will tell us how 9-10p is a realistic price for HUR.

MnC surely will never ever be instated anywhere again.

What happens when, we don't get any bid, we don't meet the 75%required for div and then we don't oust the board at EGM. Hurricane as usual?

I actually lean more towards crypto, been there 6-7 years. Some projects are decent ie the holy trinity. Eth, btc and bnb the rest are in the main, junk.

However, as asimple says, aim isn't really any better, if at all.

That's what I expect in the best case flying. My managed expectations tell me to expect nothing as per usual.

Assuming a miracle and we are offered an acceptable offer from the "strong interest". Will trading be froze straight on announcement or after confirmation of funds?

I ask, as, if announced an offer of say 14p was accepted. Wouldn't people pile in anyway at this 8p mark, post announcement?

We all know to take the bods word lightly. When they see strong interest, I take it as an enquiry at the most. I can't see an offer of been made as this is AIM/HUR if such thing had happened, it would have leaked and we would be the last to know.

What a classic. Its like the crypto saying "time to go all in".

12p initial offer renegotiated for a final offet price of 14-15p would suit me.
