What's 1,2 mil shares when you will get a backhanded payment of multiple millions for fleecing us and giving it away undervalue. Not including any other additives.

I'm sure they can lose that 80k worth.

That's why, I hope people don't sell and ride or die whatever here. If we sell, we allow more to be taken by OMW and HUR board. They didn't want them before but now they do, too late juniors.

Because of the 4 May's cruciality (a voting meeting), HUR may insist upon broker letter confirming HUR SH status & holding for entry to the meeting. If one intends attending, phone or message broker for email, message or letter confirming such & take to meeting.

dflynch will repost his today's 08.14 post repeatedly between now & Friday 1pm. I will do similar with this post. Please do not get irate - many SHs only look in here periodically - and 4 May is CRUCIAL. It does not matter whether one votes for or against, it DOES matter that as many of the 21% HUR PIs as possible vote, and vote on BOTH meetings (ie Court & General). BOTH matter. I have voted against (NO) to all proposals, but that is just my view.

Bernsteins views do not align with ours. He is not on our team. In the past, at one point, our views aligned but not now. They must liquidate, we don't need or want that. Whatever he said to convince you, is to work you for his benefit. Not yours.

Mariog, I'd accept 17.5% uncapped but with a stop date at end of 2026. That seems a fairer deal. Oh with legal guarantees othat payments will be made. I don't trust the BOD and their arrangements or this ridiculous DCU scheme. In the same way, I'd accept 20p a share cash now, which it should be anyway. Not 0.83p as the only contribution from prax the rest is ours anyway.

Kever, if you are so sure we can see the full some returned and you mention it will be by end of 2024? That suggest with a declining well and oil at $80 there is way more profit excluding the tax credits left in the ol' well. So, if that's the case, why would we sell at all? And not distribute the profits all to shareholders on wind down or, seeks bonds, add our cash, use credits and prosper. We won't because CA want out now, which, os faor considering they expressed they wanted out at a certain date anyway. Plus BOD earn more this way than any other without the backhanded payments ontop.
