Lb, I’ve never been motivated by money at all, but I am not in a great position financially now, various reasons, so seeing my investment here tank is making matters that little bit worse.

You are right, I won’t deny that I’m very concerned about my investment here now, considering my average. I also have insomnia again currently so post at all hours. It is also more noticeable that I’m posting though Lb because others are posting very little of late.

Maddog, I don’t feel it will drop to below the offer price. Certainly not to buy anyway. It didn’t last time and would make a mockery of the offer itself. The mms aren’t helping today though, if you look at the trades the sp shouldn’t be down should it?

It’s a case of riding the storm that Kurt has created and looking ahead to definitive news. What else can we do?

Armas, you may have to register with PrimaryBid. No guarantee that your broker will be involved, even if you are already an existing shareholder. The offer date started yesterday matey. Doesn’t appear to be a limit on how many shares you can apply for, but priority will be given to existing holders. Check out the recent RNS releases. The details about PrimaryBid and the commencement/end date for the offer are in there. It’s a Rights Issue in Sweden and a retail offer in the UK.

Good points FF. ii only got to be able to do this last minute. Sp already down by then. Lol. Yes, I know Budgie will be paying PrimaryBid a fee, out of our money, so I would have at least expected those brokers referred to on the PB site to have been involved also from the off. Not so!

I agree Pocko, many have. Some have then sold and done well. Yes, the plan isn’t great in terms of working to solid timescales, it’s the usual guff, but we surely must trust that the completion of PFS, for example, pushes the sp higher.

Hi Pocko. It will be interesting to see though whether the sp remains a fair way above the offer price. It did last time, when we had the 3.16p offer. So, it seems the 2.06p could be a bargain, especially perhaps if you are able to hold the shares for a while and wait for positive news and/or for the sp to rise.

The discount itself was a disaster, well, for many shareholders I would say, but it depends now on what comes next.

Locker, I don’t feel any of us are deluded really, we know how crap it currently is. Moreover, no long-termers here would ever dream of attempting to suck new investors in. This isn’t a bb awash with mindless ramping. Some of us remain optimistic, but these numbers I would say are dwindling. We need a good year.

Yes, I may as well keep hold and see how it goes. Good that you’ve turned into credit here though. Might as well see how the news pans out on the projects now.

With all the dilution while I was in BMR, and the resultant shares held now, having sold none, my average price per share held here, what it says in my account, is £15.48.

So, a fair way to go yet before I break even. Pmsl.

Troaj, after today’s rise here in KEN I’m now only 99.91% down on it. Just checked my trading account.

I don’t have the funds Troaj, but would be willing to sell some BEM if I saw something worth a go. Bit scary though. I’ll have to stick to the penny stocks too, to give me a chance. Not too much outlay and can get a fair number of shares. Then sell in tranches perhaps.

Anyway, thanks for the info and I’ll look at the pru share as it’s interesting to see.

Great post Troaj. Thanks for your help. I’m the thick one though mate, not you. I’ve been a bloody rubbish investor so far, lol. I should have been a short-term investor only, like you. All I’ve done really is hold the same shares for far too long and become old and skint. Lol.

I’ll keep looking around now though, maybe take a few small risks. Not taking any risks has certainly been the wrong approach. On AIM especially I would say.

It’s been a pretty decent rise here anyway. A good start before any news. Happy for those with lower averages.

BEM is cheap, yes, so much so that I’m a full 10p off the sp now from break even, so it’s giving me sleepless nights. Was just wondering if you see the offer as decent. I have no money to buy any, but wish you well if you are taking a punt on the offer shares. If you remember, last time, the sp didn’t drop to the offer price, but that was a Rights Issue, not a retail offer, so don’t know if that will make a difference.

Not happy with BEM at the mo, as you know. Hence why I’m looking around at other shares. More interesting. KEN a pleasant surprise, so that’s something good.

Great to be up here 12% today though, on no news. Be great if good news could be timed by the CEOs to coincide with the chart rises. Wow! Asking too much. Lol.

The point is, not sure when KEN will stop rising. That’s also a charty thing I suppose. Lol.

What do you feel about BEM at 2.06p? Too risky for a quick turnaround for you?
