You also know very well that I’ve been critical of Kurt, but, unlike you, I’m trying to look ahead to what we should have going for us this coming year, and not what we don’t or haven’t.

People likewise, must equally be mindful that you aren’t invested, as much as I am invested. My average does not determine my mood either Lb. Other factors do that, but I want to be here for either a sale or JV, and I will be if the year pans out well.

I don’t want to be at loggerheads, far from it, but it is likely, bearing in mind you are also prone to exaggerating the situation to achieve a particular effect. An example being the length of time you stated Ulla had been in her post.

What about existing shareholders then. Do you want us all to sell just because you believe we should? Come on now. I’m not sure whether you obsess over other shares you are no longer invested in, but I post because I am invested and do have a legitimate reason to remain invested. I still have the belief that you are trying so desperately to remove.

You are entitled to feel that Kurt is perhaps quite useless, but I’m giving him a chance to prove he can deliver now we have the mining concession, funding, a timescale for important work to be undertaken in Sweden this year, and with what should be the right expertise in place to ensure we lodge an airtight environmental application.

So you and I may likely be at loggerheads all year.

Lb, yes, before the sp began to really rise into the concession decision, it was hovering around 7p. I agree re Cameron, he dropped us in it and then did a runner. The difference being that Kurt has mentioned the problem with the sp and isn’t going anywhere. So, and this may be the last time I do so, I’m giving him the chance, with all that I’ve mentioned, to redeem the situation for shareholders.

You made your mind up long ago it seems, but what, in your opinion then, does Kurt specifically need to do, in order to turn this around? I’m taking it that you know, for all the berating of him that you do.

Lb, with what is planned for this coming year, if you think it will fall to below 2.06p to buy then fair enough. The last fundraise was still shackled by the concession, and nobody knew it would take nine years for that permit to be given. It shouldn’t have been the case, but was beyond the company’s control. You certainly felt it would never come, with your “Can’t say no, won’t say yes” view. But you were wrong about that, because we now have a mining concession.

So I feel the sp will eventually reflect that, along with the PFS, additional drilling to expand the Kal resource and then the submission of our environmental application. This will all be actual progress that we’ve waited so for. To restart the project if you like.

But if you feel, simply because Kurt remains the CEO, that we won’t get anywhere, achieve no value whatsoever via sp, in spite of the new personnel, and planned work, then ok. Being a shareholder, I obviously must trust that again, you’ll be proven wrong.

SJ, good that you managed it. I wouldn’t have bothered if ii hadn’t have emailed me to let me know they’d got involved in the offer late in the day. I wasn’t able to add any money to my ISA for this tax year, so I actually had to reactivate it from a dormant state before I could start shuffling and apply for the shares to go into it. Lol.

It’s a pity it wasn’t made easier for you by your broker, but at least you managed to add some without the disruption. Good that.

SJ, did you go for the offer in the end? I couldn’t afford to, as you know, but wasn’t happy so shuffled things instead, even though it was terrifying, but anyway, I have applied for some to bring my average down, because it will hopefully help me in the long run, and ii came late to the party and made it easier for me. Straight into my ISA if I get them. I wouldn’t have done it otherwise, as the PrimaryBid situation was quite rubbish and difficult.

Morning SJ. Yes, we do have news to come from Kosovo, but equally I’m happy if it comes after the subscription is over with. At least we’ll know that a maximum news flurry only for prescription purposes hasn’t been deliberate. Lol.

Hasty, yes, that’s kind of why I was thinking there may be news today. Because we’ve had the latest flow of news while the subscription is still on, I was pondering if we’d also receive Vardar news, being that the subscription period is still running into today, until 5pm in Sweden.

I wonder if we’ll receive a Vardar RNS tomorrow. Possible. We’ve had updates from our other projects.

Yes, the buys and sells reporting is bizarre, and we’ve had tiny trades popping up too, not U/Ts just multiple little trades.

Lb, yes, it’s £1,450,000 since 1 March 2022, which is a significant chunk of cash, I agree. Increasing our percentage of Vardar from 49.4% to 61.1%, if I’m correct. So far nothing by way of an economic find, so it has been an expensive time. It could partly explain why Kurt has found it difficult to raise funds at a higher sp, but we also have the Sami appeal still pending so I suppose it’s the element of risk from an investor’s viewpoint that is in play as well. I’m not too enamoured with Kosovo, hence why I want it mothballing if nothing shows from our activities there this year. It’s money we could save and put to good use on the resources we already have proven.

Ulla hasn’t been involved for too long Lb. Since 13 June last year. In just over eight months it seems to me she’s done quite a lot. As I say, we don’t know the intricacies of what’s involved to ensure a perfect environmental application, with the best chance of success, so I’m trusting we are in good and capable hands, but that it will take as long as is stated for a reason.

I would say presently, Kurt needs to step up, now that the ball is rolling.

I personally feel that he will.
