3card, best of luck with it. I know I’ll never claw back my losses as I haven’t averaged down since it became Ken. I can’t even calculate what price this would need to reach now. Many pounds is likely, before I get even half back. Lol. Written it off, but I’m still a shareholder and watch with interest in the hope this comes good for other shareholders. Amazing percentage rise, but it’s not massive in terms of beautiful pennies. My average in the old BMR was huge, 51.6p (5.16p before the first consolidation). Currently 99.4% down. Well, slightly less after today’s rise on no RNS news whatsoever.

Happy to see it go up though. I think it listed at over 3p, so it’s already dropped significantly. News is scarce though, so we need more of it. Positive that is.

Yes, it matters. Imagine what the sp would be like if the appeal was successful. So the opposite should apply, a confidence boost if and when the objection is rejected.

Well it’s the Court Pocko not the Government, so perhaps we could have at least an idea of when things will be decided. I do also feel that it is affecting our sp, because while the objection is not yet dismissed, there is uncertainty that the concession award is still on shaky ground.

I agree though that we are likely to encounter further appeals at various stages. But getting this first major one behind us should surely breed a bit of confidence. Knowing that the concession is safe could boost the sp.

You could equally be wrong about it not impacting positively.

Sooz. Nice try. The regulation changed on 1 Jan 2023. So after Q4 2022. By a whisker though, I’ll give you that. The problem was we didn’t know what the hell was happening with it until the 24 Jan RNS. Bit of an update sooner may have helped. When they knew of the new regulation, for example.

Perhaps someone with a different view to myself can explain. I’d be happy to hear it.

The sp says we are in a right mess at the moment. A damaging share offer discount, no interest shown on a daily basis and non-specific plans relayed to shareholders. I don’t feel confident now, and this started really after the concession was awarded, when it was obvious to me that Kurt hadn’t prepared well for the after event. Still the case I would say. No definitive timescales for two projects and loose timelines only on our main project. Why? Dunno.

The Sami objection is also depressing the sp, so we need to see that dealt with very soon. Then maybe we’ll see at least a bit of brief joy.

Lb, we know we are doing the PFS, don’t know to what extent we may drill KS further, or indeed how long it is envisaged the PFS may take to complete. We know that our environmental permit application should be in by at least sometime in Q4. Then we have two more years to kill minimum, without any planned stages that we yet know about. So if it’s 2026, Ulla should be informing us all of the stages required, together with the timescale for each one, leading into production. If she can’t do that, then just what is the 2026 target based on? Why not sooner or perhaps even later?

This pondering isn’t doing me much good, but I feel now that it is unfortunately necessary.

Lb, seems you could be right. A plan would include stages and dates for achieving those stages. We only have that very loosely for Kallak, with a production target date of 2026. We don’t have any dates really for the Finland or Kosovo projects. Only generally what we might do. An example being, Kurt mentioned in the last presentation we may drill Viti this year, funds permitting. Well that isn’t a real plan. It’s an ‘if’ and a very loose ‘when’. Could be any time this year or not at all. Lol.

I don’t feel it’s acceptable, and perhaps hence why no real sustained momentum is ever achieved via our sp.

Hi SJ. So it’s possible we can’t begin the PFS until the money is in from the fundraise? Doesn’t sound right. Kurt hasn’t given us a reason, so that’s why I’ve been pondering it.
